Easy 5 stars — this grip strength kit is exactly what I was looking for. One of the biggest positives is that I actually use almost everything included. A lot of kits throw in extras that never get touched, but this one feels well thought out and practical. The quality has held up well over time. After a few months of regular use, everything still feels solid and hasn’t shown any signs of wearing out or breaking down. It’s also versatile — whether you’re just trying to improve grip strength, add in forearm work, or use it for general fitness, it covers all the bases without needing additional equipment. Overall, this is a great all-in-one option that delivers on both usefulness and durability. The FitBeast hand exerciser is a great set of "tools" designed to help you develop grip/hand strength. It has a number of items in a pouch that allow for strengthening your hands. These exercises include squeezing a spring-loaded handle which works all the fingers together, another device with individual plungers that allow you to grip with one finger at a time, a heavy rubber ring which is great for working the web between your forefinger and thumb, a dense rubber ball for general squeezing, and a heavy rubber loop that you slide over your fingers and try to expand your grip, working different forearm muscles. Like many people, as I age, I am losing hand strength. This FitBeast kit is a good antidote at a very good price. --Old Guy

I purchased 2 of these for $10 which I think was a great value. The quality of the product is good. Everything seems sturdy and well built. I like that the grip exerciser is adjustable so my husband and I can both use it. Each item works different muscles in your hands which is great because I work at a desk all day and have noticed significant muscle atrophy. The ball and donut shaped items double as good fidgets for people who need that. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is the California warning label for possible toxic materials used. I’m super cautious about toxins and this has me a little worried. The warning also doesn’t indicate what materials, in a long list on the Ca.gov website that it references, were used in making the product. But for now I gave it a good scrub and will use it until I find something else that’s non toxic.

Really good gripper for the price. I've been looking at much more expensive models but this one is great for someone who has average to decent grip strength and wants to improve. Looks to be reliable too. I dont use more than the main adjustable gripper but at some point may use the other items too, it's a full solution if you want to improve grip strength.

All items in the kit feel like they're constructed well. The instructions are easy to read and informative regarding which exercises help develop specific muscles.

They must have gotten their units mixed up when the stole this design. My older model says 60kg, but actually measures at 60lbs. This one is rated more than double that. In kg... I think they did a reverse conversation on an already mislabeled product. Anyway, I used a luggage scale and this one measured at 50lbs of resistance, so it's more like 22kg, not the inflated number that is printed on the gripper. It's not a bad product, but definitely mislabeled.

Got it back in September and it was a useful tool for progressing with grip strength, but then up and out of nowhere the metal spring just fell clean off in the middle of gripping it with a clean break in the metal as if it had been cut with a knife...? Just snapped off. So strange, but I guess the build quality isn't too reliable. Gonna have to look into a better brand now. UPDATE: Company reached out and I've been sent a replacement that seems(?) improved, but also delivered extremely quickly. Honestly quite impressed with how helpful and generous they were, so hopefully I get more longevity out of this new one as I do find the product to be very comfortable to use. For the excellent customer service alone, I'm a happy customer once again. Will update further if something goes wrong in the future.

This hand exercise kit is wonderful. My wife loved all the various pieces and feels that it is well designed and will help her rebuild her hand strength. We bought it because of the very enthusiastic video with the guy growling while he showed the various components and how to use them.

The tension on the springs is very weak, cheap quality

The product broke after some use. The shock was when I looked at the broken parts they were all made of plastic without any metal.

The grip is weak even at the strongest setting and the other accessories are very cheap, not branded like in the pictures either.
