Fresh yummy pasta a bit pricey
It's easy to cook and delicious. However it's a bit pricey for the amount you get.

The pasta is so fresh and literally only needs blanching for a couple of minutes. Beautiful texture and flavour.

Poor Quality
Amazon or their Supplier is failing to store this correctly, last delivery the pasta was hard and mottled as if it was not kept in the refrigerator at some point, this is supposed to be fresh pasta not dried pasta!

I prefer the fresh pasta to the dried ones, easier to cook and always tastes better but wasn’t really a fan of this one
