I bought a motorola baby monitor 3 years ago and maybe 3 months later the plug that connects the electricity to the monitor stopped working, we started using one of our cellphone chargers (samsung) and that was fine...a few months later the plug that connects the electricity to the camera same situation. The thing with these cables is that they put like a weight thing so it is always pulling down and eventually it ruins the plug. For a while we were able to fix this by hanging two hooks to the wall so that the cable was always on a straight line. Of course eventually it stopped working again. We bought this cable and it is great because there is nothing weighing it down and I can rotate the camera for all the angles and it doesn’t stop, which used to happen before. I know it’s weird to rave like this on a cable but it is such a peace of mind to be able to listen to my son if he needs me. He’s been having some tummy issues and sometimes he would throw up during the night, if it wasn’t for the monitor we wouldn’t have listened to him chocking in his vomit. Thank God we ordered this cable the day we did.

Worked great to replace the old adapter that had a bad connection.

We are on our second motorola baby monitor (2nd baby). We love them! But both have had issues with the power charging cord and the connection after a year or so. The first one we had we thought it had to do with the parent unit and never ‘fixed’ it. My parents took that monitor to use when grandkids spend the night and we told them they just had to hold the cord a certain way to get it to charge. They ordered one of these cords and it works perfectly again! So a year later, our newer monitor started having the same issue. The cord was delivered today and it works perfectly-the cord is even heavier-duty than the one the monitor came with! No more zip ties to keep the connection!

Purchased two of these cords (one for the monitor, one for the camera) as both cords - that came with the unit - were not seating properly after about 2 years of use. These replacement cords have worked out really well for us and we're very happy with the purchase.

I purched these as replacement power supplys form a couple of my ZMODO cameras. The length of the cord makes up and exceeds the new ZMODO power supply adapters by almost 2 feet. The power supply has performed flawlessly on my external cameras here in Maine with temperatures down to -4° F. I intend to purchase more of these replacements before my current power supply adapters fail.

After almost 2 years, the original cords that came with our Motorola baby cams were no longer staying put in the outlet so we ordered these. They work great and fig snug... the quality actually feels better than the original we had. Highly recommend!
