Poor customer service and quality
The screws are too short. It’s super cute- I chatted with Amazon for them to send a replacement so I can get the correct screws. They said no send back the original item but the base is attached and will not fit in its flat disassembled box. Two agents said too bad make it work. I asked for a $5 credit to order the correct screws they said no. I ordered the dinosaur as well- that was perfect and the screws were long enough. No idea why the excavator screws are too short. Poor customer service from Amazon. They said their hands are tied due to the seller but the order was in fact fulfilled by Amazon. Amazon is a scam. Beware if you order the excavator.

Bolts too short, but otherwise happy
Ordered the excavator Bank and was concerned we received the wrong one because all colors except yellow were facing down and googly eyes were included. Assembled quickly, but the bolts included were not long enough. Not even one thread of the bolt stuck out beyond the pieces as shown in the video. Overall though, it is a cute Bank and I think will make a great Christmas present

Fun and entertaining.
This is such a fun product. The coin slot at the top and on the money collection area make adding money fun and easy. The stickers were a fun addition so our kids could put their name on it and make it theirs. Getting money out is easy as well for the adults.

Screws are too short
I bought and retired then purchased a second one, and both times the screws were too short

Excavator Pieces Don't Fit
We ordered two of the excavators and in both of them the yellow rings were too thick for the bolts to fit through and latch tight with the cap nuts. We then ordered the blue dinosaur and it all fit fine. Stacking the blue rings next to the yellow rings it was clear they were a different thickness/height. I wish there was an easier way to open it and remove coins for my toddlers, so removed a star for that. Time will tell how frustrating that will be, but overall cute.

Worked great for my 5 year old. He loves being able to see how much he has. Easy to put together.

The screws that hold it together are too short so you can’t assemble it🫠

Disappointed
Bought the excavator which my grandson loves but the bolts aren't long enough to hold it together. Have a Velcro strap around it until my husband finds longer bolts.
