I bought this recliner chair for my husband, and we absolutely love it! It arrived quickly, and assembly was very easy. The instructions were clear, and I had it set up in no time.We placed it in our room, and it looks beautiful. The gray color fits perfectly with our cabin-style décor, and it has become my husband’s favorite place to relax. The chair is very comfortable, the reclining function works great, and the cup holders are a nice bonus.The chair feels sturdy, cozy, and offers excellent value for the price. Haven't had these put together for more than about a week. Thoughts so far.Use of assembly: relatively speaking these were fairly straightforward to assemble, no I didn't do the assembly a friend of mine did but I watched. No tools required which made it straightforward.Packaging. The innovative collapsing of the armrests, which really wasn't 100% necessary, but does allow them to fit it all in one box. It's lighter weight than my previous recliner and therefore having all-in-one box isn't as much of an issue anyway.Reclining ability is mixed. Instead of a traditional lever or toggle on the side of the chair there is a plastic ring on the inside of the right armrest. I feel the biggest reason for this is the folding aspect of the arms to collapse it slightly that it doesn't allow for an easy way of having that traditional lever. It takes a bit of force to actually get it to release and it's a bit of a trick because you have to be trying to push back on the back when you release it to get it actually released. It talks about having multiple positions but it's basically just what happens when you do that. We ordered two of them, one for me and one for my wife and there's been a few times where one of us will have to lift the others foot rest up because it doesn't go all the way up and the only way to redo it is to close it up, which means you have to slam your foot into it down because there's no way to close it otherwise and then try again.The massage and the heat are helpful. I have a bad back if I am in bed too long and I've been able to come out and sit in material and recline and turn on the back and shoulder massage and sometimes the lumbar heat and it helps my back ease the stiffness quickly. So that's a definite plus.The ability for it to swivel is a plus but unfortunately it doesn't lock in place when you're reclined so unfortunately and this is really just a annoyance is when one of the dog bumps the footrest it swivels the chair and if I don't have something to grab onto to swing back I have to put the foot down reset and then recline.Overall for the money it's a decent recliner or if nothing else a chair to be used without reclining very it is comfortable once you get into it but the caveat to that is it's light enough that when you sit down it will slide easily.

Nice, I will be honest if you are overweight or just a larger person this is NOT the chair for you. It’s not oversized at all. It is a comfortable chair easy to put together. The massage works ok. The only issue is trying to put it down when you are trying to get up otherwise nice chair. Great price even if you have a few complications.

Absolutely love this recliner! The dark gray color looks even better in person and fits perfectly in my living room. The chair is soft, comfortable, and easy to relax in after work. The massage and heating functions are a huge bonus and make it feel extra cozy. I also like the 360° swivel and rocking feature, smooth and comfortable. The cup holders are convenient, and the recliner feels spacious and supportive. Assembly was easier than expected too.For the price, this chair exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, it is very comfortable—ideal for older adults—and offers excellent massage capabilities, as well as temperature control. 100% recommended.It is very easy to clean, and its durability is excellent.It fits very well—perfect for taking a nap.

This is impossible to put together. The parts are all arrived inside and impossible to remove. The instructions are a couple of diagrams with no indication of how to get from one step to the next, or how to remove the pieces from the inside. So I went to the product support website for help and it was just a sign up for a future newsletter. I have 2 stars because at least I have half a chair to sit in out of the box. It's also very heavy. It's definitely not worth what I paid for it. Maybe if it came already assembled. Also, the box was left on the sidewalk out in the rain. It was soaked and soggy by the time I got home from work. So the box fell apart when I tried to drag it up the stairs to my apartment. I live upstairs. Like I said, it's heavy. So Amazon just left it on the sidewalk in the rain at the bottom of the stairs. Not faulting them, I couldn't have done any better. If anyone has better instructions for putting this thing together though, please share! It says on the diagram, that they charge for returns due to incompetence on assembly lol.

This is a nice chair for the money. Wasnt quite sure what to expect when I ordered it. It was a little bit harder than i thought it would be assembling it even though I had watched the video before i purchased it. I was able to refer back to that video to assemble. Fabric is nice and it is comfortable to sit in. The massage has multiple options and it does feel good. I received the metal cup holders not the black plastic but they work. My recline mechanism is a pull cord instead of the handle. So not sure how long that will last. It rocks real nice too, like gliding and you can spin around but with the remote plugged in you cant really spin all the way around. Overall not a bad chair. Im happy.

ordered this chair on September 19 /2025 and already useless ,the massage and the heat quit and now the pull cable broke and now it has to stay reclined all the way not very good for seniors like us trying to sit in it ! and its also a serious safety issue .This $798.00 chair did not even last one year!!!!! a replacement would be greatly appreciated...

They are ok. I bought 2 and one does not slide smoothly. And when reclined they feel like will tip over but don't.

El mecanismo para abrir y cerrar no funciona. Se supone que uno lo compra por comodidad y es lo contrario, genera incomodidad.

Muy cómodo y facil de armar, las instrucciones son claras, aunque uno de los portavasos llegó roto pero se pudo reparar, una buena opción.
