How well do they fit over prescription glasses?

These glasses do NOT fit over your glasses as advertised.

I'm looking for something to wear outside during the winter for hiking/snowshoeing. Would these work or should I consider goggles?

I wear these on my motorcycle over my glasses. They work great. You may want to get some insulated lenses as these fog up at stops in the fog.
