I use this in my daily mushroom coffee, along with chocolate protein powder. I feel like this combination has made me feel more focused, while helping with inflammation. It has a slight coconut flavor, but it is not overpowering. The consistency in the jar seems kind of odd, but once you blend it into a drink, it just disappears. It seems to be an excellent source of fiber. The MCT used is C8 and C10, which are said to be the most effective variants.

I have read up and researched MCT products and their benefits and decided to try this product. I have been putting this in my morning coffee for the last week and yesterday saw real results. It has helped me focus with tons of energy and totally has curbed my appetite and cravings. Yesterday I got so immersed in a project that I forgot to eat breakfast and lunch. I didn't realize it until about 4 p.m. and I still wasn't really hungry. It completely empties my bowels every morning which relieves any bloated feeling and my tummy is looking much flatter.

Updated October 2023: The 'Sports Research MCT Oil Powder' is better than the new formulation of my former #1 MCT powder. But there is another brand that tastes better than both. Micro Ingredients brand has smoother taste, but doesn't dissolve completely. The brand that was my favorite (Intent. Bare) came back in stock, but sadly they reformulated and their product has a very strong chemical smell and taste which I do not feel safe consuming at all. Sports Research powder has become one of my backup powders as I continue to try out other brands. I have tried quite a few and so far this is an acceptable option for me if I don't use the full scoop. __________________________________ In coffee, with nothing else but this powder, I get a scratchy/dry feeling in the back of my throat after every drink. It may be because I am using a heaping scoop and the extra is too much. Iknow it's not the coffee because I don't have this issue with other powders. I also don't think it is the added calcium because similar powders with that I tried don't give the same feeling. Smell when opening canister is slightly sweet, otherwise no actual smell. Consistency is fine, but retains the shape of scoop like wet sand does. I have been using MCT powders in my coffee for a long time. My favorite brand has been sold out recently for a while so I have been looking for an organic, unflavored, pure substitute. So far I cannot fine a suitable replacement for use in coffee.

This product is really helping me feel like a person again. Especially with my fibromyalgia and other issues.

I purchased this product when I wasn't able to get my usual brand via Amazon. It's a good product and very creamy in my coffee. I recommend this product if you are looking for a cream alternative, although I also used cream myself.

Honestly, I’ve been using this for over a year and it absorbs well and totally notice a difference.

Very DECEPTIVE labeling and it's evident in the quality - or lack of quality. Look at the picture you'll see where they put Organic Acacia, which is an ADDITIVE because Acacia is NOT Coconut last I checked. Also at 3g per serving, WHAT??? The MCT is 6g per serving - so HALF of this stuff is NOT MCT Powder????????? How do they get away with this????? It doesn't dissolve in my coffee... stays clumpy which proves it's not a quality product & no taste. Very disappointed! I'm returning it. Hope I get a refund.

This powder is okay but don’t know it work or not
