240PCS Dual Forms Nail Mold for Poly gel UV Gel 12 Size With Scale

I’m not the target audience for these kinds of forms since I never go for anything more exciting than a short to moderate length oval nail. However, my nails are curved from cuticle to free edge, maybe because of a naturally high apex? It’s not an extreme curve, but it’s enough to make most dual forms completely unusable, because they’ll stand straight off my nail at the cuticle or free edge no matter how short I’ve filed my nails. I stopped trying and resigned myself to individually sculpting polygel overlays over each nail with a brush, but that took me 3-4 hours for a basic manicure. I’d put up with lifting longer than was safe because the process was so time consuming and a hassle to schedule, and tore half of my nail off once because I procrastinated on addressing the lifting for so long that my dog’s leash accidentally slipped in between my nail and the gel.I didn’t want to give up, though, because as a crafter I tend to use my nails as tools (polygel + builder gel is much more resistant to high temp hot glue than fingernails and skin!). After deciding I really needed to figure out how to speed up the process Iooked at dual forms again to try to find some that would work. These honestly looked a bit scary shape-wise, but since I keep my nails relatively short and the base portion had a less pronounced curve I decided to take a chance. Thankfully, these are *exactly* what I needed.They lay over my natural nails well, so if I use the right amount of polygel and shape it nicely inside the form I barely need to do any filing. These have saved me at least 2.5 *hours* per manicure. The forms snap off nicely after my Makartt extension gel has cured for 60 seconds and there are enough sizes included that most people shouldn’t have any issues finding the right fit. The storage box is also surprisingly nice! Cannot recommend these enough if you have similarly curved nails.

If you have wide nail beds. These are great

I have wide nails, and press ones never fit my nails. Ordered this one thinking they would fit, but almost all of them are way to big for me. Also these are VERY curved, and when I use polgel it is very difficult to have these fit without having to use a significant amount of gel for the curve in the nail bed area. I often was left with gaps between the nail and the new nail. I had zero issues using another set of forms, so these just don’t work for me. But I do see how they work well for others!

I normally use the modelones nail forms to apply polygel nail extensions because I found that other brands didn’t have wide enough forms tp use on all my nails. After seeing the ratings and reading reviews on these dual mail forms I decided to try out this brand. To be honest my expectations weren’t very high due to trying several other brand nail forms that left me without any firms for my middle and thumb nails when applying polygel nail extensions. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that not only did they have forms that fit the width of all my nails PERFECTLY BUT I ALSO GOT THDM AT A MUCH LOWER COST AND A LARGER QUANTITY OF THE FORMS AS WELL. I have purchased two more to containers of forms since and these will continue to be my go to from now on when so purchase mail forms for polygel use. Good quality, great price, fast shipping, large quantity compared to some other brands.
