It’s worked for me good but omg the taste is hard to bypass! Good quality and the amount is decent for the value. The smell not so much but it’s good for my skin and hair so I’ll deal.

Smells awful but it’s biotin
These smell so bad and honestly don’t taste great either. I wish the taste and smell was better masked. It seems to be working though, for healthier hair and nails.

Very good for stopping hair loss
this product is filled with vitamins I had taken before but it is in one capsule here so its easier and faster. I have stopped the hair loss which is great for me... I am happy with the product and will keep using it.

Horrible odor/taste
I have been taking this product for a little over a week and I cannot get past the odor in the taste of these capsules. I don’t know what it is as soon as I open the bottle when I first got it it smelled like vomit and it doesn’t taste too far off from that either. I don’t know if this product works. I will not be taking it so if you have a sensitive pallet or smell, I would highly recommend not getting this product.
