How to put on and take off the shoes?

There are two versions of the Quick Lace. For version 1, push the buckle in to tighten it by turning it clockwise. To loosen, pull the buckle out and it will pop up. For version 2, simply turn to the left to tighten and to the right to loosen.

Shoes need to absorb light during the day to store the energy for release at night (dark conditions) - the more, the brighter.

Can shoes be machine washed?

Yes, they can be machine washed and dried on low heat. Avoid high heat drying.

Is the insole removable?

Yes, it is. And it can be easily replaced by your customized insole if necessary.
