500g of is not effective in weight gain alteast 2 kg should be helpful in weight gain also we have to not only dependent on weight gain must add extra calories and protein by daily meals and exercise will efeective on weight gain ,flavour in good 500 ग्राम वजन बढ़ाने में प्रभावी नहीं है, कम से कम 2 किलोग्राम वजन बढ़ाने में सहायक होना चाहिए, साथ ही हमें न केवल वजन बढ़ाने पर निर्भर रहना चाहिए, बल्कि दैनिक भोजन और व्यायाम द्वारा अतिरिक्त कैलोरी और प्रोटीन को शामिल करना चाहिए, यह वजन बढ़ाने में प्रभावी होगा, स्वाद अच्छा होगा।

Do not recommend at all, it’s horrible and very low in cals
It’s not going to help anyone gain weight with 100 extra kcals per day. I thought it was going to be at least 1k+ for a “weight” or “mass” gainer. But it’s literally 140kcal per scoop 😂 Even a rat needs to eat more to gain weight.
