This comes in two boxes. I had a little trouble initially, as one box arrived and the other did not, but the seller sent the second box after I told them it was missing. It seems like it didn't get sent with the first one? I did have to hunt for some of the connections, which I realized were secured under the seat and not readily visible like the others, but after I found them it was fine. I haven't used it yet, but I tested it and it seems to work. It's very comfortable, like a cloud. I hope it stays that way over time. It rocks and swivels as well as having heat, massage, and recline. Noise level during massage varies depending on your choice of mode and area. I didn't check the heat function yet. The legs go up and down easily, and the rocker and swivel work well. The color is as pictured, and so soft.

Chair came 4 days early which was great. Well packed in good shape with all pieces included. Easy to put together and everything works. Like that both the arms and back can be removed for moving. I like the massager. It's strong enough for my liking and is pretty quiet. Plenty of choices for desired message. Not sure how warm the heat gets as I haven't really tried it enough. Arms and seat are very firm but back is softer. I love the firmness in the seat so it doesn't sink down. Rocks and swivel smoothly. Seat is wide enough for me and my small grandson to sit. Only complaint I have is when it reclines it's not real smooth. It jerks a couple of times and the footrest doesn't get very high before the back starts to recline. Hope the chairs lasts because I do like it.

Overall a really good recliner, we got it on sale so it was definitely worth the price. I lived in it for the first couple months after baby was born. I had a csection and it was easy to get in and out of, great back support, the power recline is nice and smooth, definitely made it easier after surgery. The buttons are a bit low for it but I got used to it. The arm rests are wider which was helpful, could rest your phone on there. It arrived in 2 pieces, very easy to put together. I do wish I got a darker color, I feel like the light cream color and this material will pick up dirt very easily so I had it covered with a blanket first few months of use to protect it. The pictures you see are after 5 months of use. There is minimal creasing on the seat part but overall great quality. The “massage” function is just vibration, I did not use it much.

Better than expected. This is the most comfortable recliner I have ever sat in. It’s built very well. It’s extremely sturdy. It’s extremely firm but soft. It reclines very easily and swivels and rocks. It is definitely the best money I’ve ever spent. I highly recommend this. And it was extremely simple to put together.

Great looking chair! The material is soft and durable. The chair is a little more firm but still very comfortable! The recliner, coupled with the heat and vibrating massage is a relaxing combo! The heat function is a little weak. The chair is easy to assemble and great addition to a living or sitting room. Love the chargers for electronics!

Very disappointed for two reasons. Purchased this chair as a splurge gift to myself for my newborn’s nursery. With a new baby and a toddler at my hip I thought it was time to upgrade my recliner for our growing family. I was mislead by this chair and it’s advertising. 1. Upon taking the chair out the box I noticed two black spots on the chair seat. On my WHITE “brand new” chair. Highly disappointed. How am I supposed to clean these BLACK spots out of my brand new chair? I fully intended on covering the chair to keep it in good shape as long as possible and it came out the box DIRTY. Clearly the chair had been used. 2. I intended on upgrading to this “oversized 26” recliner” so that I can sit with both my newborn and toddler at the same time. Upon sitting on it, I realized it felt the same as my old chair. Whipped out my tape measure and to my surprise? 22” long. It’s clearly advertised as 26” and that proved to be false. 3. Tried to make the most of the chair since I was stuck with it. It is advertised as having a “heat” function, however it does not work. Now I see why this chair was returned. It just stinks a mom of 2 had to get stuck with someone else’s flawed chair. Overall huge waste of money. Now I’m stuck with a dirty small chair that doesn’t fit my needs what so ever. Careful with this chair people.

For the price this product is great. It took me about 30 minutes to put together and I only needed help getting the box into the room it was going to go in. It looks just as pictured. The reason I’m giving this 3 out of 5 is the level of fluff and message. The chair is VERY FIRM. You don’t sink in at all which some people like. I was hoping that it was close to some level of cloud comfort but it’s not at all. The photos make it look fluffy and sink-in-able but it’s not. The message is nice but it’s not like what you think when you get a massage chair - if just vibrates it doesn’t roll or anything like that. In my opinion this should not be marketed as a massage chair. I honestly won’t use that function much because it doesn’t do much of anything besides annoy me lol. But over all I am happy with this purchase. For the price, the look size and how well it reclines I think it’s worth it just don’t expect to have this Mac daddy steel of a chair that rivals other massage or cloud, comfort chairs like its marketed.

Very nice chairs!! So easy to put together! I did go with the automatic and paid the extra- but so worth it- heat and massage (vibration) features are good. The are super comfortable and the material is soft- I do like the color too- went with white- which is actually more of an off white cream, which is what I wanted anyway. Smooth rocking and swivel. Would pay almost double at a furniture store, great price. Highly recommend!
