加工は出来るが加工までのプロセスを紹介する動画を探すのが大変だった 買う前にソフトなどが対応しているかしっかり下調べしてから買った方がいい。

取説は日本語であるのに毎度の事ながら翻訳に雑さがあり（分かっていて買ってますが）解釈に困る なんとか、サンプル図柄はサンプル板に写し出せたが、自分で準備した（する）図はどーやって出すのでしょう？ 只今試行錯誤してます。 ちなみにサンプルはとっても綺麗に出力しました！

一日でレーザーが出なくなり返品した

２時間ほどは正常に稼働していましたが突然レーザーが照射しなくなり壊れた。 Amazonさん返金かもしくわレーザー部分 無償で保障してください。 ２時間で壊れるような商品４万で売るな！！！

Item works just fine, but the Support and tooling sucks. Don't bother emailing the company SainSmart don't read emails or respond.. its really the last product i will purchase from them.. All the tooling is for Mac and Window's *BUT* this device is a couple steppers, LED and Laser controls On a ESP board. It seems to use open source projects, without any info about how it implemented the software.. - Grbl_Esp32 - ESP3D-WEBUI And the way i was able to flash was to use espotool: python -m esptool --port /dev/ttyUSB0 --baud 921600 write-flash 0x0 Kiosk_C05-240830_241231.bin Also their website sucks you have to go digging, C05 is not the lastest version is C07.. you can always test this out flashing on a spare ESP32 and connect to it like you would the laser engraver and run $I gcode to get the firmware info.. PS.. don't by the camera for $80.. if you have the ability to build your own.. the camera accessory is a Low quality 1080p 2mp from what i can put together.. just get a simple 8mp camera and build your own enclosure for it it uses a male 4 pin JST-ZH connector @ 1.50mm Pitch and looks to be a pass through to the USB-B port in the back. (thats right.. usb2 speed.... great..) Anyhow... Hope this helps.. and save some of you a weekend :)

Au début, le logiciel Lightburn ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai communiqué avec la compagnie Sain Smart. Le soutien a été extraordinaire. Finalement, le problème venait de la carte-mère! Maintenant, le graveur fonctionne numéro 1. C'est un bon petit graveur pour un usage en petit format. La vitesse est quand même étonnante. Il peut graver du bois, des roches, du carton, du cuir, du verre. Après, il s'agit de comprendre la vitesse et la force du laser. J'adore!

This is a great little laser! I have the genmitsu L8 which is a fantastic higher powered laser, but it's a lot bigger and bulkier than this compact kiosk laser. My shop is a big mess all the time and this little kiosk laser barely takes up any space so I'll put it on a shelf and pull it out wherever I want to engrave something fairly small. In the photos here, I engraved my logo on a cutting board, which I think is a fantastic application for this laser. Pros: fine laser spot = very sharp/accurate/detailed engraving All-in-one = setup was ridiculously easy, just plug in the laser unit and attach it and it's ready to go. The orange hood is a really nice safety feature too, plus included air-assist is a great addition Portability=super lightweight and convenient, bring it to craft fairs and personalize products real time. Value=this is a very nice quality laser, especially for the price Easy setup = worked with Lightburn without even installing the driver from the included SD card Cons: Working area = the engraving size is limited, but it's awesome you can pop out the bottom plate and set this laser on top of any sized workpiece with ease. Limited physical controls = there's a play and power button, but I wish it had a knob for the air assist as well. I'm super happy with this laser and can't wait to try out more features and accessories. I've been a genmitsu/sainsmart customer for years so I'm confident if I run into any issues their customer service will be very helpful, I just have to be patient to work around the time differences.
