Bought this for my first powerlifting meet- word of advice, give it a few weeks to break in as it was very stiff when it first arrived. This is a sturdy and supportive belt which I have complete confidence in! I've been using it for nearly 18 months now with no problems. The colour (red) has faded a little, and there have been a few times during VERY sweaty sessions where the colour did run onto my tshirt a little, but it has never left a permanent stain. I would give 4 1/2 out of 5 for that reason (if Amazon allowed it).This belt is widely accepted in most UK powerlifting associations, but check with yours prior to buying just to be safe. Highly recommended for beginner and experienced powerlifters.

Great belt, gets what needs to be done completed, definitely helps add weight to your squat/deadlift. I have decided to add to my review as recently I've realised how good this actually is, I have hit many prs with this belt and it has not failed me perfect to get the job done. For a belt at this cheap price and this good quality you can't really go wrong especially as it delivers to UK as recently I looked at investing in an Inzer single prong forever belt but it costs around $130 to ship to UK so for now I will be sticking with this belt which is great at what it does. Highly recommend.

A massive, very handsome gym-belt, beautifully made, superbly finished. The surface is suede and the colour spectacular. (The edges are not dark as in the photo above, which shows a used version.)This is a hefty item and a bit cumbersome to use. The belt does its job well, but it's wide and thick, and when new and sufficiently tight it chafes slightly on either the hip-bone or the lowest rib !Because it's thick and heavy it's a bit awkward to carry around -I sling it over the shoulder, (and like this it looks the business). It won't stay curled-up unless it's buckled, so it's a nuisance in the car, it's too big to go into any but the biggest kit-bag. I put it in the car-boot, in its original sleeve to keep it clean.I'm a 32-33 waist and Medium is just right, with buckle-holes to spare either way.

I think it looks really cool, and seeing as I only use a built for the really heavy or hard sets I think thats the exact sort of reinforcement that you need. It sturdy, takes a fair amount of breaking in (I've been bending and rolling it a lot so that after about a week its definitely manageable) and while I think two prongs are unnecessary, I was going to pay any less to be without one. All in all, wasn't too sure at first because of how hard it felt trying to use it, but after a week of breaking it in all is great, don't know what more to ask for.

Great belt. Good fit. Good support for my training. Love the colour too.

Solid belt. Thick. Strong. Take a while to break in but worth it.
