I have had issues sleeping all my life, and was recently diagnosed again with insomnia. Finding sleep aids and solutions to help me get through the night have been very far and few between. I am someone who regularly listened to headphones with a wire which came with a number of different issues. I have found that the wire gets tangled round my neck after falling asleep, and I end up lying on it and waking up due to being uncomfortable and lumpy due to the headphones being under me while I sleep and move around. I needed a Bluetooth solution urgently, so I found these headphones, and now I use them paired with the Calm app on my phone (religiously) every night. I can genuinely say it has changed my life. I am able to use it with a dual purpose, as both headphones and a sleep mask. You can pull the band round your eyes to block out most of the light without causing too much of a difference to the sound. The battery lasts all night and day without a struggle and the sound quality is really, really, good for the price. It stays on my head firmly and I can move around comfortably, laying on my side, back, and front. The speakers where the sound comes out are very flat, so I find that it doesn’t interfere or become uncomfortable when trying different sleeping positions. I have used the headphones for months now, and I’m so glad I found them. Some nights I might need other aids to send me to sleep, but I couldn’t imagine not having these as one of my primary sleeping aids options. Thank you for making such a great product.

I loved the concept of this garment, especially as I do not sleep well at night without sound. Connecting to your mobile or audio device is easy. The controls are very easy to reach and use. You can volume up down, change tracks and of course answer calls. however, seeing as I am using this to go to sleep, if anyone calls, I'm ignoring it anyway :-D. It is comfortable, slips over your head and fits in place quite well, especially for exercising. You can adjust the position of the ear pieces by sliding them within the material - quite easy to do. However the ear pieces are quite large and not comfortable for the cutest of ear holes. They still protrude slightly and although it advertises "best choice for side sleeper" this does not mean it's issue free. I woke up with a red irritation in my ear where the earpiece was pushed i overnight, and I could feel the pressure the next morning. I have one of those memory pillows, so not sure if that helped or hindered. Sleeping on your back is OK but you notice the difference in sound quality as the earpieces do not hold place by the headband, You notice the difference in sound when you press the earpieces gently into your ears. When you release them, the sound loses fullness and you notice less bass - just like when you take a normal headphone and raise it away from your ear. For me this is GREAT as low frequency / bass sounds are what you lose most, and this low frequency is what can cause you to be irritable and get headaches. You have to remove the device and two earpieces from the headband when you wash it. For sports this is more frequent. If not users will start to get spots where bacteria spreads across the back of the head, so washing regularly is recommended. At first attempt this was not so bad but you MUST push the earpieces and not pull on the cable. Refitting is quite straight forward, providing you remember which earpiece goes in which hole. On the whole the quality is good, it is very comfortable. The sound quality is OK, but it is not going to be suitable for all ears types and sizes. Battery life is amazing, and needs no more than a 2 hour charge for me, and I wake up in the morning and the thing is still with power.

I have had these headphones since 2024. They work perfect and the battery lasts a very long time. If you have them on full volume someone next to you would definitely be able to hear, so they're not very soundproof to others but I love them!

This will be my 4th set of sleep headphones and these are the best by far. It's easier to describe the features they DON'T have compared to the previous headphones I've used: - the battery lasts the entire night, I say the entire night as I've not slept longer than 9 hours. This also means I can't comment on whether they alert you to low battery at 5am in the morning like the ones I had previously. - there isn't a bright blue constantly flashing light that signals that they're on.... something that my wife was not a big fan of on the previous headphones I had - the speakers are held in little pockets so you can't move them to suit. At first I thought this would be an issue because when I first put the headband over my eyes, the speakers were below my ears! There was an easy solution... turn the volume up a little. So why is this better? Because on the previous headphones where the speakers could be moved, that's exactly what would happen... they'd regularly migrate away from the preferred position so I had to adjust them every night! - they are snug. I have a biggish head so when I put these on I though, on no... this are too tight; however, after one use I realised how much I preferred the fact that it stayed put, that I wasn't waking up having to readjust them because they'd slipped around my head. If I had one citisism, it is that unlike my previous headphones that had a charge port in the module, whilst these have a small charging lead that you have to fish out of a pocket to connect. At first I was disappointed, but when it came to unplugging them and putting the lead back in the pocket whilst in the dark, my wife usually retires before me, it was easy. All in all, I am very happy with these. I'd have no problem recommending them.

I had previously gave this item 5 stars but after over a year of nightly use the charging wire came loose from the battery casing and it stopped working. I didnt mind buying it again since the last one was so good but the quality of the newer ones is much worse and I cannot recommend this product anymore. No matter what cable I use they do not charge and the wires are noticeably worse quality and shorter from the control to the speakers. Was once a great product but not so much anymore. Previous review: I need music to sleep and my partner prefers the quiet so this was our solution as ear buds can start to hurt when asleep. They are a good value for the cost, quality is pretty a good standard and the blue tooth works well and is easy to connect. Controls are easy to use when half asleep. They don’t particularly block any noise but they do naturally block out some noise. They look a little silly but they’re comfortable if not a little big for my head and they do slip off in my sleep.

They are fine when they work, comfortable, sound could go a little higher and ear buds are in a weird place like on my check I am an average sized woman and do not have a big head. However that is fine we can live with that. Sound is clear when they work correctly. However it is soooooooo annoying, when watching a video or listening to a meditation once you have finished one and it starts another the headphones start distorting and breaking up the sound almost every time. So you have to turn them on and off again or restart the app or a combination of the two. If you pause a video to make notes and then start it again they do it then too. I have an array of Bluetooth headphones none of the others do this. It is annoying enough that I would happily bin these if I could rely on any others in this type of style being any better. However after months of putting up with this I think it is time to search elsewhere but before I do I thought I would visit back and report my experiences so you know what you are paying for.

TLDR; Affordable, high quality, comfortable, multi-purpose. 10/1p, would recommend. As someone who struggles with noise when sleeping I've always worn headphones when going to sleep. This would cause issues with them falling out, wires getting tangled and was overall bad for my hearing. I love high quality audio as well, so when looking for a suitable alternative this was a necessity. When I first purchased this product I was worried I would have to send it back, but was immediately impressed with the quality, not just for white noise but music and film as well. The band is very soft and fits comfortably and the speakers sit gently over the ears. The Bluetooth connection is simple and the controls are easy to use. The battery life is also incredible, lasting for around 32 hours before recharging. (Based on 8 hours a night of persistent audio playback.) Overall this is an incredible product and has significantly helped improve my sleep.

This item came well packaged, is extremely easy to use, charging and pairing is also very simple. It comes with charging cable, instructions on how to use it, removing and replacing the earphones and charging/main unit, which is easy to do, although it can be a bit fiddly, just take care when doing so, you don’t to accidentally break the wires. The sound quality isn’t the greatest, but surprisingly, it wasn’t terribly bad either! I wasn’t expecting it sound like a pair of Bose headphones but it’s performance was more than acceptable. I washed it before use in a machine and it still kept its shape, softness and dried quickly. I actually fell asleep with it on and the only issues I found wrong with it is it seemed to hurt my ears BUT I do believe that’s down to my ears being extremely sensitive to any kind of pressure (I can only wear over ear headphones when not using earbud styled earphones, anything that sits on my ears results in pain after prolonged used) and that the sound dropped out and I had to turn it off and back on to get the sound back. It’s extremely stretchy but does hold its shape even after washing too. I haven’t used it for working out BUT I believe it’s suitable for that purpose as it doesn’t get loud enough to block out outside noises and is washable. Battery life seems good (it came fully charged). I bought this to listen to a subliminal language learning audiobook when sleeping but used it to watch a film on my iPad, I fell asleep and woke up several hours later and it was still on. It connected easily to my phone & tablet. Also there’s no danger of it getting too loud even when used at maximum volume!. So at the moment I can find very little fault with it. In summary it’s was a very good purchase although I personally don’t think it was worth what I payed. But, would I recommend it? Yes, it’s definitely not the worst product surprisingly it probably one of the best “bargain buys” I’ve bought but should definitely be a tad bit cheaper! I will continue to use it throughout the week and update this review in a few days.

Me he esperado bastante para escribir la opinión, ya que tenía bastantes dudas sobre que me fueran a ser útiles antes de empezar a usarlos. Soy una persona a la que le molestan muchísimo los ruidos, duermo todos los días con tapones, pero los tapones no hacen magia y especialmente los sonidos de golpes es algo que no filtran. Cuando eso pasa me ponía los Bose para escuchar algún podcast encima, pero claro, eso me obligaba a estar boca arriba y me era tremendamente incómodo. Buscando alternativas, di con estos cascos que a priori la gente decía que se podía dormir de lado. La verdad que era muy escéptico no os voy a mentir. Me costaba creer que algo pudiera ser cómodo para dormir de lado. Tras usarlos varias noches, he de decir, que yo puedo dormir perfectamente de lado con ellos, tengo que rotarlos un poco para encontrar la postura perfecta, pero no es algo que me cueste. ¿Se nota que estás durmiendo sobre algo rígido? absolutamente sí, pero nada que moleste y te acostumbras a los pocos minutos. En resumidas cuentas, gratamente sorprendido con la comodidad y con que tras varios días durmiendo sobre ellos no se hayan estropeado. Esta es otra de mis grandes preocupaciones, como van a llevar el paso del tiempo, pero por ahora van bien. Me ha sorprendido muchísimo lo que dura la batería, pasan muchos días hasta que tengo que cargarlos. Y sobre la carga, una pega, no queda nada claro en el manual como se cargan. En el interior de la banda, hay una pequeña abertura. Ahí hay escondido un cable USB tipo C, hay que sacarlo para poder conectarlos al cargador. En cuando al sonido, no esperéis un sonido de calidad, pero si buscáis algo para escuchar podcast o tener algo de fondo a lo que no prestar mucha atención, es más que suficiente. No tienen una calidad perfecta, pero hay otros muchos cascos con peor calidad. En resumen, para mi por ahora, ha sido una compra más que acertada. Unos auriculares que aunque no tienen una calidad de audio espectacular, son extremadamente cómodos para dormir sobre ellos. ACTUALIZACIÓN Después de casi un año de uso, vengo a confirmar que la durabilidad es buena, a día de hoy siguen funcionando de manera correcta. Era uno de mis mayores miedos y la verdad que tras un año, creo que ya es momento de confirmar que son resistentes.

After just one week, it started turning off automatically after only 4 minutes of music, even after charging it for 5 hours. And after it turns off, it won’t turn back on unless I charge it again—for another 4 minutes of use. Completely useless. On top of that, the controls are hard to locate when you’re wearing it, which makes it even more frustrating to use. Unfortunately, I can’t return it because I threw away the original packaging. This is the second headset I’ve owned—the first was from a different brand and worked perfectly until I lost it. I strongly recommend going with another brand. Save yourself the disappointment.
