Nice sweater, but too big. No real help to exchange.
I order this beautiful sweater in a XL, unfortunately, the XL is too large. I tried to exchange with them and emailed them back for a response, Andrew responded and said the Large are back ordered. I'm still waiting to get a Large. I feel that I'm stuck with a sweater that doesn't fit. If the sweater fit, I rate it Five Starts, but customer service to resolve my request was disappointing with them. I waited the two days as AMAZON said with this private company. It's been over 20 days and I have not heard anything from them.

Scam
The torso fit fine but the arms are extremely huge. The red color was perfect, the navy was black. We returned it because it’s not the fit/color we needed. They shorted us another $16 on our return price. I will never order from them again and highly recommend others don’t.

Big size
The size is bigger than I thought.... I originally asked for a XL but I decided to go with 2XL... because the seller mentioned they were out of XL.... I received the product but now the cardigan jacket is too big.... so I would like to request my original size of XL once it is back in stock if possible
