Well made!
Simple quality. That’s what you get from this well designed tool that a kitchen should not go without. I prefer to mix nearly everything I bake by hand and cutting in cold butter is the most difficult, but necessary, part of many recipes. This tool makes the mixing so much easier and faster, which allows the dough to remain cooler. Great results.

Well made
I love this! It is not cheaply made, very substantial metal. This gets a great deal of use in my kitchen so I bought a backup just in case. I had a couple cheaper ones that didn't last. This one is a good one!
