Not as sturdy as we expected. Only purchase this for small children.

I am slowly learning my way around this camera. Instructions seem to think you know everything already, so they were minimal. I sure don't know everything already as I am from the generation that used film in our cameras and flashbulbs and was thrilled if all 12 photos came out after developing! I will have to do some research to figure out how to best use this camera. I would like to try making a vlog for YouTube if possible or at least send videos to family members. I have not had any problems at this point. I appreciate the opportunity to try out this camera. Thank you.

I got this camera specifically for my young daughter and I'm so glad I did. She has really enjoyed taking it on vacations and using it for everyday events for pictures, as well as, videos. The double screen was a great feature and I for one appreciate the built in beauty feature. She has gotten good at using other features too like the zoom and allowing the auto focus to help with the perfect shot. The quality of the pictures and videos is really great and battery life lasted for all the moments of our recent trip. It's light weight and she loves the color. Great camera and price point.

I bought this 5K dual-screen digital camera for casual vlogging and travel, and it’s a fun, compact option for beginners. Switching between the 1.48″ front screen and the 2.88″ rear screen is super easy—perfect for selfies and framing shots on the go . The 18× digital zoom and anti-shake feature help capture clear moments from a distance, and autofocus works well for quick handheld snaps and YouTube clips. The included kit—two batteries, a 64GB card, a carry case, and charging cable—is well-rounded and convenient, letting me start shooting right away . A couple of caveats: the “5K” resolution is digital interpolation, so picture quality isn’t on par with true 4K cameras. Also, while the 80MP stills look pretty crisp in well-lit conditions, the camera shows its limits in low light with noise and lack of dynamic range. Value-wise, this camera is a smart buy for beginners and teens—especially for casual shooting, travel, and vlogging. You get a solid feature set, user-friendly operation, and immediate kit coverage at a modest price. Just don’t expect pro-level image quality—if that’s your goal, look toward dedicated 4K mirrorless models.

You might ask, if you have a decent, recent cell phone with 'good' photo capabilities, why this? Let's start with my use case, my 10yo Grandson. His parents are adamant he is NOT getting a cell phone until he is older. I think that is great. Meantime, for safety etc, he has been given a Garmin watch, which he loves. It provides 2-way messaging, and location info. His parents, however, do use their cell phones for photography. So he is aware of that capability. This provides that capability to him - and the ability to learn about and experience photography. What about capabilities? '5k Digital Dual Screen' cameras are a relatively new class of product. This economy $70 version has photo capabilities generally superior to my Samsung A15 $200 cellphone - including 6 axis stabilization and 5x optical zoom. But it is inferior to more professional products like the $300 GoPro Hero12. Check out internet reviews and/or ask Ch----T for comparisons. In summary, there is, IMO, a great 'use case' for this for pre-teen and younger teenagers. And a decent use case for adult cell phone owners whose phone does not support Image Stabilization. Camera came in cello sealed box. Manual is in the usual micro-font, but is entirely in well-written English. CAUTION - the battery/memory cover does not 'slide off' as instructions imply. It is hinged in the middle, and should pop up when it's top is 'slightly' slid forward. Battery insertion is a bit tricky. You need to have it slightly tilted upward at its rear to depress the very small red tab battery lock. The contacts are located toward the middle of the camera - not the side. Make sure the battery is rightside up, and contacts to your left (inserting battery with lens side face down). There is a confusing little mylar tab on the bottom of the battery with an arrow and 'up'. Ignore it. The red lock tab descends when battery correctly inserted. Press the power button and it should turn on. The manual mentions 'TF' card, this is an obsolete name for SD card. Mine was preinstalled. The battery case is a charging case. You can recharge either or both batteries simultaneously. Nice touch. 5 stars. Well suited for pre-teen and younger teenagers - adults whose cellphone lacks Image Stabilization
