Green Pan is a Great Pan!
Green Pan has a great reputation. Nice size for single cooking or a multi-meal in a pan.They will last a long time if you never use metal metal utensils. One scratch and it's the beg. of the end. Washes easily. Food slides right off onto the plate. Nice in the Blue color.

I use mine for low heat, cooking mostly and love it
Have owned green pans over the years. They are excellent for me for low heat cooking. Extremely nonstick can make the perfect omelette in one.

I only used it once to fry an egg and following instructions the egg came out perfectly.. It’s all about initial heat.

I love them. I replaced my dented and scratched pans with these pans. I bought them as Used on Amazon Outlet and got a great price. They didn't come with lids but the lids from my old pans fit.They heat up fast and stay hot so I had to learn to use much less oil and cook at lower temperatures. They clean up so easily! Now if I can find a good deal on some Green Pan pots.

Great quality. Very non-stick. Easy clean up.
Perfectly level so they make great contact with my stove top. They have handled high heat searing of meat very well with clean up being as easy as wiping with a paper towel (though I used a soft sponge with soap afterwards anyway). Pretty lightweight so no stress on my old wrist joints.

Nice and light wash well but the chemical smell lingered so I will replace them. I was looking for non toxic

My favorite pan for eggs
These pans work great with my eggs as long as we keep the heat to no higher than medium. Once you use too high of heat or burn something pretty bad, it never works quite the same (with regards to being non-stick)
