Cheap necklace
Update to 4 stars because of good customer service in resolving the issue. Necklace is cute, but the chain is very brittle and snapped after only a few uses. Additionally, the heart charm does move a lot when wearing and is stiff and difficult to move back to the original position. From a distance it looks nice, and it hadn't tarnished which was nice, but up close you can definitely tell that it's pretty cheap light quality.
