Nutritious and Great for Baking!
Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat is a fantastic alternative to regular flour! It has clean, wholesome ingredients and comes in a convenient, easy-to-reseal zip lock pouch that keeps it fresh. I’ve used it in muffins and pancakes, and both turned out delicious—nutty, hearty, and satisfying. It blends well in recipes and doesn’t feel heavy like some alternative flours. Plus, it’s packed with nutrients, which makes me feel even better about using it in everyday baking. If you’re looking for a healthy, high-quality flour substitute that’s easy to work with, this one’s a winner. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Add a unique depth to your baked dishes
We used this buckwheat flour mixed with AP flour to make some peanut butter cake and it added depth to the cake. I did notice a slightly bitter aftertaste which is common with buckwheat flour. I think if we used a little more sugar it wouldn't be noticeable. Buckwheat flour is high in fiber so this can be a consideration when using it in baked goods.
