Purchased this unit for my 40,000 gallon pool based on customer reviews of both the product and customer support ethic. The heat pump is quiet and very efficient. Heats about a degree an hour sometimes faster weather dependent. I reached out to customer service several times and always received a helpful, courteous return call. They even called me several times to follow-up on my issues which were related to parts for a Haywood Salt machine. Very impressed with the Varpoolfaye unit and the support team. Great price as well

TLDR; This pool heater is a game changer We live in a colder weather state and struggle to get many really warm days and nights. We also live in an older home and our circuit panel is packed to the gills. Its extremely difficult to find any type of heater for pools that doesn't take a 220v breaker and that actually works. We bought this on a whim and were honestly skeptical at first, thinking a 110v heater wouldn't work all that well. After running a fresh electrical line from the one slot on our panel to the outside(following county and state guidelines), and doing the plumbing, we plugged it in and let it rip. Now it did take a few days for the pool to warm up. We set it to 88°F and had it running all day and night with the cover on. After the 3rd day, it was like stepping into bathwater. We've already extended our daily swimming time by at least an hour and just last night was in it until 3am. The outside temp was 68°F, the pool was at 87°F, we just didn't want to get out it was so nice. I will say the installation manual leaves a little to be desired, some information is a bit sketchy and vague at best. For what we paid, and how much more we've used the pool already, we've already gotten our money's worth out this heater.

The heat pump unit works great! It’s holding and maintaining 82’ temp and climbing. Customer support has been amazing trouble shooting and walking us through the process and helping answer our questions. Highly satisfied!!! Worth the purchase.

We have a small 700 gallon pool. Small but great for 1. This pool heater is really effective raised 8 degrees in 1 hour. It's simple to hookup. So now we need a bigger pool of course 🙄

The Varpoolfaye Swimming Pool Heat Pump was a purchase I made towards the end of summer in order to extend the season for swimmer in New Jersey. It was easy to have installed into my existing in-ground pool system. My wife and I are most pleased - it is extremely quiet and delivers heated water efficiently and I can control via an app on my phone. I can even turn it on or off while away at work. But we were most impressed by Varpoolfaye Customer Service who called me out of the blue to ask if the device was working well and to answer any questions. They gave me outstanding advice and pointers to get even warmer water output next season. They advised me on how to store it for the winter. It is a sleek, modern-looking device connected to my pool filtration system. I highly recommend to pool owners.
