I love my Bonoch monitor! When I was expecting my second child, we bought this dual monitor and left our old Bonoch monitor at my mom’s when she cares for the grandbabies. This 10 inch monitor stopped working, and I reached out to the seller and they immediately sent me a new one! So thankful.

It worked great until it didnt. Loved the large screen and ability to have 4 cameras and be able to pan. But we have only had it 8 months and it constantly turns off from a dead battery despite being plugged in charging. Have tried multiple chargers and its the monitor, not the charger, that is the problem. Very frustrating to have it work less than 8 months.

The camera set up is SO easy. Literally open the box and plug it in, with a quick paring of the cameras. I actually had an issue with my monitor staying on, and one camera stopped working after a few weeks. With one quick email they sent me replacements right away. Everything came quick and as worked great since. Honestly the best customer service I have had in awhile!

Don’t buy it. Works until it doesn’t. I haven’t had it even 6 months and it’s no longer charging. I reached out to customer service and they responded once and have not heard back since. As parents we depend on these things so much. It’s important for a company to take that seriously and help their customer promptly. I had the infant optics camera previously and also had some warranty issues that they went above and beyond for. While I like that this camera has my 3 babies all at once, I’m considering going back to infant optics because of this. You should consider them instead of this crappy brand.

Originally I bought a Nanit camera because it’s what I used in the past for my in home hospice geriatric caregiving. However, with it being internet managed it was dependent on WiFi being on signal. I didn’t calculate that putting it in my room upstairs away from the modem downstairs would become an issue but it was when I decided to buy one for my house. Then I started looking for a non internet managed system that had good reviews and a larger than usual monitor and came across this. So far it’s given me freedom that I didn’t have before. The only thing I’m a little frustrated with is that it goes in and out consistently and looks like it’s raining on the screen. I have to wait for it to be clear but it’s better than my Nanit which is completely unreliable because of the internet situation in this house. I’m wondering though if this is an across the board thing or if it’s just the acoustics in this house?

One of the main reasons we chose this baby monitor was the screen size, since our previous one had a display that was just too small. The 10-inch screen makes a big difference, it’s large enough to clearly see what’s going on without squinting or constantly picking the monitor up. The camera image is sharp during the day, and at night it stays clear enough to easily see movement and facial details instead of just a blurry outline. Having two cameras included has been really helpful. We use the split-screen mode often, and it’s convenient to glance at both views at the same time. The pan and tilt controls are smooth and responsive, so adjusting the camera angle remotely feels easy and natural. Battery life in portable mode is decent but not outstanding, so I usually keep it plugged in for peace of mind. It also comes with features like temperature monitoring and baby-cry alerts, but for me, the biggest improvement compared to our old monitor is definitely the clarity of the video.

Amazing monitor. Great features, easy to use and set up. Great range in my house and even in the yard. Best I’ve found, especially with multiple kids and rooms
