Decent for a Protein Pasta!
This pasta is actually pretty decent! for a high protein pasta, I thought it was yummy! i’m only giving 4 stars bc it’s a little more hefty & solid than regular pasta (maybe I needed to cook it longer?), but I have to eat gluten free pasta anyways so this tastes like it’s in the same realm! It was definitely heavy & I couldn’t eat the whole box in one sitting, so that’s good! I had dinner and lunch for the next day & I probably could have spread it into a 3rd meal but i maxed it lol! It’s a good buy! I will get more! :)

Good for protein value. Slightly chalky taste plus cooking takes sometime. The pasta breaks on cooking much and if you less, it tastes uncooked
