Refun 4 Rolls Kinesiology Tape

I was taped during PT and found it so helpful during my recovery. Bought this so I could continue taping at home. Would recommend! Price was right and the tape stayed on for several days.

this brand cost a lot less than the name brand KT tape, it works well, it has excellent adhesion, and helps with joint pain relief. I use it on my knees whenever necessary for a short time and I need stability. I prefer it to total knee braces and wraps because you can apply it for specific injured areas of pain. I buy the tan skin colored tape. the only difficulty with this tape is that it may cause skin irritation when removing it after a few days if you do it too fast and don't do it slowly. I use isopropyl alcohol when removing it to avoid skin irritation and do it cautiously.

Fast, effective and simple to use. Don’t understand it but it works fantastic! I give these to everyone I know and not one complaint! Anyone suffering from back, neck and should pain will certainly appreciate. One thing I would tell you it’s a little tough on tender skin. But I just put little oil, then allow water to wash over it and it comes off. But it’s worth it when you cannot get relief.

Tape does peel back at times getting messy, but feel it has added great support and can feel a difference already , less pain in 3 days of using .

This tape is sturdy, adheres well, and withstands wetting reasonably well. It can be a bit irritating to remove, depending on the area where it is applied and how long it stays on. Gentle removal while using fingers of other hand to push lightly on the outside of the tape toward the skin as the tape is peeled back helps. However, it is this very feature that makes it durable.

I have been using athletic body tape for years, so I know it has great advantage of being cut in proper length strips, which allow me to put it on by myself and also eliminates waste. Loving this adhesive tape because the precut length is just perfect for me. Sticks very well. Good value. Will purchase again.

I like the product yo extent. I have a shoulder that had surgery as well as my lumbar. I wanted to use non prescription stuff to help with pain. But when I used this on both areas within 12hr period I developed blisters and swelling so bad my skin would rip taking off. I was very disappointed cause it helped with pain just torn my skin up.
