Health and flavor
Lemon/lime is a common flavor for water hydration but sports research got to work on it. While the health aspect is good having only 400 MG of sodium of your recommended 1500 daily to 2300 max tolerance the flavor not so much. Flavor is bland and weak. Gave me a nauseous feeling but that just the lemon lime. Don't know how other flavor options compare.

No night cramps!
This powder dissolves in water pretty quickly with a good stir, and the taste of lemon-lime is good. Unfortunately there is a salty taste as I drank it (so I took off one star), so for us people who are sensitive to salt, the 400 mg of sodium is considerable (but inevitable I guess, AND this powder has a lot less than some other brands on the market!). The good news is that the lemon-lime taste outdid the saltiness after I finished drinking the glassful. No nasty 'after-taste'. And, most importantly, after drinking this around 4pm, I didn't have my usual night cramps in my legs. Hooray!

Flavor profile not one I enjoyed.
I bought this to try as a replacement for LMNT electrolyte drink mix. I did not like it nearly as much for two main reasons. 1. Lemon Line flavor is very similar in taste profile to lemon lime jello with an artificial taste vs a more natural citrus flavor. 2. Licorice is used as an ingredient which I did not realize when I ordered. I find the flavor of licorice distasteful. If you like licorice flavor you might like this product. I did like that there was a lower ratio of salt to magnesium and potassium than LMNT. Depending on your needs or taste preferences to salt you may or may not like that. Sometimes it’s nice to have a less salty option.
