How does a line connect to the anchor?

It is not really build to tie a line to, although you can tie it right below the lip of the head.

How big around is the screw part of this anchor? i.e. what size of hole will it fit throghh?

The diameter of the flights on the PE9 are 1 1/8"

Will this work with a slackline?

Unfortunately I would not recommend using this small of an anchor for a slack-line. The smallest that I would say would be our PE36 Anchor.

The flat washer part right below nut head what is the diameter?

The diameter of the flange under the hex head is 1-1/4"
