Sound quality is good. Quality of the product is great. Working for Intercom and landline phone given by Airtel broadband. Major disadvantage is, it is not having caller identity. Even not displaying the incoming caller number.

One of the best phone and best brand for its quality.I was using this particular model of 2line phone a way 20 years back which was still working in good condition. But I lost that phone in floods in 2009. And now I'm back with my best model of2 line phone of Panasonic...

No Caller line identification / No batter included / no battery charger included
No Caller line identification / No battery included / no battery charger included. The description of the item clearly mentioned Batter and battery charger included. Also, it is unbelievable that such a high value phone can be without Caller Identification, whereas phones costing Rs 600-700 also have this facility since years ago. A liability to have such phone otherwise. Very much surprised why these things are not mentioned clearly when selling a phone, high value like this.

Perhaps a good product but inconsistent performance
It's a pity that none clarified / supported when I had an issue with this product. Purchased to connect 2 landlines - one direct and one via internal exchange. It worked for a day and then just stopped working! Contacted the support but no response. Hence had to return.

Good 2 line Landline Phone instrument by Panasonic.
Voice quality is great. Operates smoothly with 2 CO lines . I am using it with BSNL FTTH (Fibre Optic) and with PABX simultaneously, works well. You need 3 AA size battery to power it but it can work without battery also some of the features are Battery dependent . Buttons are slightly slippery. Overall Fine 2- line phone instrument by Panasonic. Good Experience with Amazon as always, keep it up. Seller deserves thanks for competitive price and proper packaging.
