What was I waiting for??
I have dealt with flat feet all my life. In my younger years I even wore orthotic insoles, but after they wore out I never replaced them. I didn't realize how badly that was affecting me. About 6 months ago I started playing pickleball fairly regularly. I noticed my feet were in agony after my 3-hour sessions but chalked it up to the amount of movement I had on the court. I put a lot of strain on my feet just from hitting the ground constantly and moving from side to side. So after every session, the ball of my foot as well as the talus were killing me. I went as far as buying arthritis cream to alleviate the pain, which only gave me partial relief. All this changed when I got the PCSole inserts. I played another 3 hours yesterday and this morning I woke up without pain in my feet. I couldn't believe how great they felt. I guess it's safe to say they work for me. I actually had doubts because they felt quite stiff coming out of the box and I was wondering how much they would flex. But they easily fit into my pickleball shoes, and while I can feel their presence while walking due to the rigidity, they are still very comfortable and definitely give me the arch support I have been needing. Needless to say, I will buy a few more so I can leave them in the shoes I wear the most.

Excellent arch support
Excellent product, arch support for me is just right. Doesn't feel like you've got a rock underneath your arch. Also gives a kind of springy feel when you walk. I also like that they come in the size you need which avoids having to do any trimming.

Arch support insole
Good arch support. Pain relief noticeable on 1st day of wear. Put in shoes that are lace ups & roomie inside. Good price for the value!

Great for standing/physical jobs
I have a very high arch, and Iโve never tried inserts before. My foot rolls inward and my weight shifts more towards the balls of my feet so I always have large painful callouses on my big toes. Iโm a massage therapist, and usually by the end of the work day my feet and my big toe hurt so so bad. These inserts changed everything. My feet donโt hurt at the end of the day, and my callouses arenโt building up the same way they used to. I put them in a pair of comfy Sketchers. Highly recommend!!

They're okay, but there are better options for the price.
Not bad. I've had worse and better for the same price. Since there are better for the price, I'd find those and steer clear of these. Maybe these just aren't for me though. If they were under $10 I might be more inclined to keep them and try them for a little longer. As is, I'll be returning them.

Great support, comfortable and sturdy.
I have high arches and most shoes. Donโt feel like a good fit for me. Without extra support, I suffer from knee and back pain, and have had flareups with plantar fasciitis a few times in the past few years.Iโve used custom orthotics made by doctors, and Iโve purchased semi-custom orthotics from the foot stores. These are a fraction of the cost, but seem to be very durable and supportive and fit similar to the expensive ones at the foot stores. There is cushioning around the heel and arch that help with my plantar fasciitis. I think they will be a good fit! Iโll update later if I have problems with them. But so far I am very pleased.

Great buy
I work on my feet and usually wear Keen or Merrell brand. These inserts with sneakers I also got off amazon are just as comfortable, my feet are less sore now than with other brands, and significantly less expensive. 10/10, buying for all my shoes and an extra set for the future

Great if you need a little support
My feet and ankles suddenly started hurting... A lot, especially my left ankle and foot. I do lots of walking with my dog, but out of the blue, I started having issues. I have had flat feet all of my life, but have never had much of a problem with ankle or foot pain. I went to the doctor, they took x-rays, and even though my feet were already as flat as flat could be, it seems as though the arch on my left foot has "inverted"?!! The arch actually slopes downward, toward the floor, and is causing the bones in my feet to be misaligned. Of course, there is only so far the arch can slope toward the floor, so while standing in it, it actually has made the arch bow outward, as in there is an outward bulge on the inside arch of my foot. It is very hard to explain, but when I hear the doctor say "surgery" aling with "fusing the bones and rebuilding the foot completely", I freaked out. My dad had to have vertebrae bin his back fused, and I don't know that it did more harm than good... So all I knew at that point was, I have to try something else before I ever think about that, ND will likely get a second opinion. In the mean time, I knew I needed better arch supports and started searching. I found these, and for the first several weeks it helped immensely (it took a few days for my feet to adjust to having something pushing upward on my non existent arches). However, these aren't collapse proof, so the arch support has collapsed quite a bit from when I first got them. Of course, when you have feet that are as flat as mine, if it isn't super stiff and is somewhat flexible, that is what happens. I will likely need something more orthopedic... Something specifically made for my type of feet, but I was happy to have something that helped out for a while. If you just need a little support for your arches, not something that will help correctt them, I would suggest trying these.

The perfect insole for leather boots
These insoles are very high quality, with the right hardness/softness that would make wearing leather boots all day a breeze. The base is hard, supports all the possible issues and the top is soft and supple. These are way better than the standard memory foam insoles which are actually not that great for your feet. These will offer the consistent support your feet need if youโre in law enforcement or any trade that required you to wear rigid and tough footwear.

Fantastic insoles
These insoles are well constructed and in my opinion are of superb quality. I personally feel like they give great support. I feel less pain and discomfort while wearing these. This is an excellent value for $40. You can't beat the price and the high level quality of these insoles.

Comfortable
Really liked the hard plastic bottom which keeps the shape and feels super comfy. I think these will last a long while. I am not sure about all the labeled zones, but my feet are happy and so am I. I fit size 7.5 and these are just long enough (advertised 7 to 7.5). I am not sure what these do for circularity....but they do make my feet happy. I recommend.
