Great product- adds flavor ,very easy to use just before cooking. Let the meat set for five minutes before cooking.

Good stuff.
Can't beat this stuff. Works well with a nice texture, taste and smoke point. Very clean and melts so easy to cook with. Healthier than a lot of oil with a high smoke point so it's easy to fry and sauté. Thank you.

Great for mellowing out a finished product from the smoker. I put on beef ribs for resting and it helps mellow out the finished product without jeopardizing flavor.

Good but I prefer ghee
Decided to give tallow a try after hearing so much about it. This brand is very good. Taste is fine. I've used it to sear meats on cast iron, and it has a more neutral taste than the avocado oil I used to use for those purposes. Recently I decided to try ghee, and I find it's more versatile because I can use it for cooking vegetables on my wok too and get a better flavor
