Great bike, crazy how affordable these things are nowadays. Was easy to set up, when putting the wheel on, turn the bike upside down and balance it that way and it becomes 10 times more easy. It helps also to just pull up a YouTube video and watch a setup tutorial. Comes with a phone holder and charger, you can download mph apps with gps to use while you ride. Bike is slightly heavy but folds up very small to make it very compact. Battery seems to last a very long time. It has a removable battery for making charging easier if you want to leave it outside or make it lighter to carry. It has a very wide seat that adds comfort. It comes with a set of keys, one for the battery removal lock and one to turn it on. The Seat adjusts really high for taller people, Im 6”4 so I put it way up and Im good when just using the accelerator but when I pedal, I have to tilt my knees way out to pedal, but it works. The pedal assist works great when you are just taking your time, you just begin to pedal and then about a second later, it takes off on it’s on. I find myself using this a lot when I’m just riding leisurely. Be sure to inflate the tires to about 30 psi before your first ride, it will drastically increase power and speed. Great for work or just play. Because of the small scooter size tires, it’s not exceptional off road or on very bumpy surfaces but works amazing on smooth pavement or tarmac or sidewalks. This is an amazing buy for the price, welcome to the age of e-bikes.

I am very satisfied with my e-bike and it rides very smooth and comfortable and looks great and the braking is excellent. Had very little trouble putting it together. I am also happy with the headlights and the reflector on the bike. I’m satisfied with the quality and the help I received from the company.

The item came late unfortunately. But once we got it it was relatively easy to put together. It took approximately 15 minutes. As long as you have the right tools. Directions were pretty easy. My son loves to drive it as well and both parents. Plenty of speed. Brakes seem to work well. Construction seems solid. Battery charger is on the bigger side and does have a cooling fan so it can be a bit loud. Plenty of speed and power. Great looks as well. It also has keys for both the battery and bike it self so great for safety of theft. Overall happy with the purchase. Would recommend to people looking for a bike in this price range as it's hard to find something this nice at that price point.

Fantastic bike! It fits an 11 year old and a 13 year old perfectly. Even adults enjoy the bike! Worth every penny! Support was fantastic to work with as well. Highly recommend!

It is great for a women or teen to small for a man but it is heavy much heavier than the bigger one we got for my husband that is when only 4 stars

It's just that I don't have a big headache, any more, many problems, I almost didn't have time to enjoy it not good

It's a cool little bike, but let me emphasize the word "little". I would not recommend an adult taller than 5'6" ride this bike. Your knees will hit the handlebars, and turning while riding is super sketchy. I bought an upgraded controller which I've yet to install, will update once I do. Aside from the size, this bike isn't bad for a budget ourchase. Would be perfect for a kid or a teenager.
