Best taken before bedtime
The chewable tablet is fine. My only issue is that it causes some unexpected passing of gas a couple hours later. Must be the sweetener used to flavor them.

Easy way to boost vit D!
I picked this up to increase my vitamin D intake during the winter. It was simple to take, I preferred that it was chewable rather than another pill to swallow, and the flavor was not bad. The only drawback is that I could not tell you whether or not it helped my mood/energy. Spring came so I wasn't stuck inside anymore. Just being honest.

Chalky but ok taste and great value
My kids don’t love the chalky texture of the chewable, I don’t mind. Would prefer gummy but great price for D3 K2, which is hard to find.

A welcome, rare combination
Pleasant tasting gummies so it's easy to comply to daily supplement. My wife's physician asked her to take both vitamins, so having them combined is a plus. As to purity and quantity like all supplements they are unregulated by the FDA so it's a leap of faith.

Although they are chewable they are not for children. FYI
I bought these thinking I could give them to my toddlers. The font on the bottle makes it look like it’s for kids but they are not. It says not for children 18 and under. I really like them for myself though!

Good supplments
My original review is below. I have amended it to say that these are actually good supplements. I have ordered them multiple times, and my wife and I are both taking them now.Original review (no longer applicable): These are chewable hard vitamins, NOT gummies. Misleading item description.
