The design and look of kadai is good . Steel metal is shining and get heat immediately to save the cooking gas. Handle doesn’t heat so easy to handle, move the Kadhai Easy to wash . We can use to fry Puri, Papad etc We can prepare Biryani, Halwa, Upama, Heating milk for Rabadi, Basundi. Preparing Sabji. We get original test and colour. It’s not light weight so no chances of fall down or move while cooking
