These inserts are so comfortable right out of the package and I love the orange color. The previous plantar insoles made my feet sweat. These don’t so far. Very cushy. Look exactly like the photos online. They fit inside my size 7 MUK LUK sandal nicely and needed no trimming. My sandal has no raised arch support on the footbed and I have high arches and recently also developed plantar fasciitis, so I need extra arch and heel cushioning. I started wearing sandals around the house so my toes are free (to avoid ingrown toenail reoccurrence). I have been wearing these inserts in my sandals all day with a tubular sockinette and they feel great!! Will order again for other shoes and boots. Price is reasonable — great quality!

I LOVE THESE! I’ve tried a lot of inserts both custom and just store brands but these are my fav. I’ve always wanted a cushiony insert that gives stability/structure at the same time but still has give so I can stretch my foot and that is exactly this insert! It has little memory foam acupressure balls on the inner part of the foot to help create arch without forcing the foot into an uncomfortable position. I work on my feet all day and have chronic pain and this along with zip up compression socks I got off here have been the only things that I’ve found that eliminate the pain/make it mild discomfort during my 6-8 hour long shifts. I used to legit hobble around my house after but after using these for work, I’m able to walk around and do things immediately after work. As far as sizing goes, I personally didn’t have to cut the insert to fit into my shoe at all I slipped it in as is. I did take out the insert my shoes originally came with and put these in their place.

I have a 10.5 US mens size shoe and these fit perfect without needing to trim. That being said these are labeled to fit up to size 12 men’s so if you’re looking for that, these will be shy to fit. Now for comfort, they are definitely a good squish while walking and the lumps are in perfect pressure point location so it helps with long days on the feet.

I bought one pair for my son to try out only to buy 2 more pairs so he’s got a set in each pair of shoes! He loves the cushion they provide and say they help his feet not feel so tired at the end of a day. He wore them on an east coast trip and said they were fantastic!

These insoles feel incredibly soft and cushiony, like walking on clouds. They provide great arch support and noticeably reduce foot fatigue after long days on my feet. Easy to trim for a perfect fit, they slide right into most shoes. Comfortable, supportive, and durable—perfect for work, walking, or everyday wear. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade for tired, aching feet.

Highly recommend these if you have foot pain after exercising. I play pickleball for 2 hours at a time 2 or 3 times a week. My feet (plantar fasciitis) would hurt so much I had to rest a few days before I could play again. I bought these soles hoping they would make a difference. They have. My feet no longer hurt no matter how many hours I play or if I play consecutive days. They really are awesome. I've had them for over 2 months. I don't know how long they will last but so far they continue to feel great. They are very inexpensive so even if they only last a few months, they are worth the money.

These inserts are the best for any shoe, it’s like standing on a cloud. My lower back pain went away and my feet no longer hurt at the end of the day.

I will say that they are pretty comfortable but there's a major flaw in them. They're so thick that they don't leave very much room in your shoes for your feet to fit comfortably. The shoes I bought these for are unbearable to wear with these in. I switched them to my pair of work boots and they're very snug but a bit more tolerable. If you're going to buy these, prepare to get at least a half size bigger in your shoes.

La meilleure semelle , la plus confortable que j'ai jamais acheté... je souffre de fsciite plantaire de puis 2 ans et cette semelle a été plus efficace que mes orthèses plantaires. je n'ai plus mal du tout, très abordable comparé a 750$ d'orthèses. c'est pas de foutaise, je vais m'en racheter 5 autres paires

Parfait, je suis très confortable avec, j 'ai des pieds sensible et j'ai une bonne expérience avec. J'en est commandé d'autres pour d'autres souliers👍🏻

Elles sont bien rembourré et confortable. Je porte un 7 1/2 et je n'ai pas eu besoin de couper. Un peu épaisse. A date pour de petite distance je n'ai aucune douleur au pied.

Nice and cushioned

Not as cushioned as other memory foam inserts and the raised part that is meant to add more cushion under your arches isn't high enough or thick enough. Maybe my arches are higher than I thought but I wore this for a long shift in my skechers and my feet still hurt.
