Works well
I had bought these for my previous roof and they worked and held well. Don't even think about using mechanical fasteners...totally unnecessary. The adhesive that comes with these is incredible. I had to replace my last roof due to hail damage and when taking it off and throwing the roofing sections to the ground and hauling it to the recycling plant these things held fast. They are small and not particularly tall, so for heavy snow areas you may want to consider a larger block.
