A tiny dent at the bottom of the bottle completely ruined the vacuum seal, making it unable to retain heat as advertised. Despite the brand’s claim of durability, there’s no repair or replacement service available here! For such an expensive product, I expected much better quality and customer service! Don’t buy this product, don’t waste your money.

Klean Kanteens are the best! I’ve been using 30 some years ( and still have & use originals). This is one of many, many I’ve purchased for college students! Great item! & cuts down on plastic waste…highly recommend !

Got this water bottle, keeps the drinks super cold but it got knocked over and chipped and dented super easily

Wir besitzen mehrere dieser Flaschen und sind durchweg äußerst zufrieden. Nach drei Wochen intensiven Einsatzes sind die Verschlüsse nach wie vor absolut dicht. Wir verwenden die Flaschen sowohl für Leitungs- als auch Sprudelwasser. Die Flaschen sehen trotz täglichen Gebrauchs aus wie neu. Wir reinigen sie schnell aber sorgfältig von Hand. Die raue und griffige Farbbeschichtung geht bis zum Flaschenhals. Man spürt sie beim Trinken, was aber nicht störend ist. Diese Flaschengröße passt gut in Autohalterungen und natürlich in den Rucksack. Das Wasser in den Flaschen bleibt auch nach 12 Stunden angenehm kühl und erfrischend. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

I filled up on tea in the morning before a road trip and along the way drank something else and in the evening I went for a drink and IT WAS STILL HOT. Very impressed. I have dropped it a few times and it's left a small dent but no major effects. Easy to clean with a bottle scrub brush.
