Compared to many etcher / cutters at higher cost this does amazing work. Was able to etch wood and cut through thin wood on the first day out of the box with some minor fiddling with the Lightburn software. I have already made flasks, cutting boards, glasses, and some signs with it. Very easy to use and no issues after about a month of pretty solid lasering.

The laser comes unassembled and it's tough to build from the instructions. There are various videos on u tube that make the process easy. Had a problem a months after purchase and the service group was patient and helpful. Took a week to get the part but they were very easy too deal with.

NO DIRECTIONS. Purchased Nov 23, attempted to assemble and use various times with no luck. Money wasted, going in the garbage.

it's a little deceptive that its 10w, it actually only pushes a little over 6 watts. The wattage it takes is 10w. So the amount of designs and passes is very different than advertised. It should have been able to cut through 2mm wood with 2-3 passes and it didnt instead it took 9-12 and some parts would burn.

I received my engraver 10 days ago and finally got it going today. It came very well packed and you could tell it was a quality product upon opening it. There was everything you would need to assemble it and get it going. The enclosed software was unreadable but It was easy to find and download. The instructions are adequate, but brief. Here is what I found in assembly and testing. *Read the instructions carefully and carefully follow. *Be especially careful in adjusting the POM wheels. If they are too tight, the movement is jerky. *Don't get confused with the X and Y! plugs on the left side. I got them backwards and it took 3 emails to support before I finally figured out what was going on. *Email to support is answered withing 24 hours. Response came at 1 or 2 am the day after I sent my request. Once I got the XY correct, and the POM wheels adjusted, I could tell that I had it correct because when I used the Jog errors on the software, the Laser moved smoothly to the left, right, forward, and back. You can see in the power and speed test picture that at full power and slow speed it burns thru the first layer of 1/4" plywood. I recommend that you get the air pump as it can create a lot of smoke, and you should also have good ventilation. I don't think you can get a better 10W laser anywhere for the price.

Introduction I purchased the TTS-10 PRO because I am a graphic designer and wanted to engrave some wooden plaques and different materials. After using it for several months, here’s my honest take. First Impressions Initial Feel: Lightweight, not very sturdy Setup Experience: Not the easiest, but it can be done with a little work. Pros ✅ Does what it is supposed to ✅ engraves wood no problem Cons ❌ Doesnt engrave glass ❌ tough to get set up ❌ Not the most sturdy and moves around when it's on. My Detailed Experience I have been using this for a few months, and the program used to engrave is not the easiest to navigate. It does have a decent learning curve to it. The machine does shake quite a bit when it's being used. Final Verdict—Would I Recommend It? Yes, but if I was only engraving flat wood products.

Took about 20 minutes to put together. Not too difficult. Awesome Lazer for the price. Perfect for beginners and hobbies.
