PENBLN75C - Pentel EnerGel Needle Tip Liquid Gel Ink Pens

When you hand out pens at a meeting and you get several compliments about how nice the pens are, you know that the pens are good (I'm not the boss LOL). These pens are great. They write smoothly and don't have the blotting/smearing problem that other gel pens have. The color blue is a bit bright, but I like it for its distinctiveness. I'm never going back to ball point if I can help it.

I rarely buy pens, I usually keep the free ones, but these write so well that I actually pay for pens! Ink dries quickly, doesn't smear and is a nice blue shade.

My favorite pens of all time! I like a thin line and these deliver. They never skip unless they are nearly out of ink. It’s easy to see the ink level. The ink doesn’t smudge or smear. I’ve been using these pens for years and won’t use anything else!

I am a nurse & do alot of charting & notation. A good pen is a must. Nothing worse than to be in the middle of writing & your pen stop working with half of the ink still left in it. These pens write smooth, even color, very little smudging if any at all due to fast drying ink. I use the 0.5 for writing medication times in small blocks several times a day without a problem. If you want these for unsupported paper/forms these are not for you. The 0.5 will poke through the paper. The 1.0 fatter ball would work better for that use. Only pen I will use. I always keep a spare in case mine gets swiped. You can always recognize your pen because not alot of people know to use these so you can politely get your pen back. When you do they always ask "Where did you get this pen? It writes so good!" I would definitely recommend this pen. It's fantastic.

The nice thing about these pens is that the ink dries very rapidly, so if you're a southpaw you can write without smearing the ink on your palm. Would recommend for the fellow lefties. I do have a gripe with these though, which is that sometimes the pens are screwed together too tight to unscrew by hand, so you can't readily check how much ink is left. If you write a lot it's annoying to have to wait until it stops laying down ink correctly to find out it's time to pull out a new one. It's not a big enough deal to be worth docking a star though, these are fairly inexpensive pens.

These pens combine the best qualities of liquid/gel ink. The action is smooth and the 5pt tips I prefer provide clean, solid strokes to my handwriting. The pen just feels comfortable in one’s hand and the grip keeps one’s fingers from sliding down the stem. The ink dries quickly so it doesn’t smudge as you write, even for south paws! My wife brought this pen home from the office 3-4 years ago and I’ve been ordering them ever since. The pen glides effortlessly and I feel like attaching a giant daisy to it so others don’t “borrow” it. I will be surprised if anyone finds a negative aspect to these pens in reviews. All I’ve seen are positive statements. I highly recommend you try them.
