Good product
Great product! Has a cinnamon-like flavor. I’d like your best mixed with my shake. Best if used with the shaker bottle or blender.

Amazing
Jumped back on this GI and I can say I've always loved this product. Balance my gut out and less bloating. Yes the taste is pretty strong but its doable. I mix it with oats and whey protein powder and it taste perfect to me. It's there to help your gut!
