Health Embassy Senna Leaves Tea (Senna alexandrina), 50 g

The tea does taste great especially with a tap of sugar and honey. I add boiling water and let it sit for 15 minutes before straining the leaves. I found it worked well the first 2 days but later (even after a break of a few days) it's effectiveness worsened. Maybe because it did its job already or my body got used to it. But still a good tea.

Good tea leaves, helped settle upset stomach. Best to take at night before bed and see the results in the morning.

This tea worked wonderfully for me. I generally use laxative tea. It is much better than any laxative pill. I find the pills to cause a massive inflammation of the colon whilst the tea works very gently and one can choose the dosage when preparing it. I recently had surgery on my abdomen and the opioids I took for the pain caused constipation but at the same time it is important that one must empty their bowels after such surgery. I took this tea and it was great, no sharp pains from contraction of the colon. I recommend this product.

Didn't really work for me. Good quality, taste ok. Ended up throwing it away as didn't work.

You should feel the effect after 8 hours approximately.... make sure you'll be at home, until you can control it 😄 you don't want a 'kamikaze' coming out while you're walking around the city 😉 I'm pleassed, it's a good product.
