Will these work for replacing already rotten teeth?

Absolutely NOT……these are for play and meant to replacement teeth……they don’t fit even as “play” teeth…..not recommended……sorry

How do the teeth stay in place? Is there an adhesive mixture that you use to form it to your teeth?

There is a packet of granules you empty into hot water. In the water they bond together into a pliable mass that you take out and make into a roll and quickly place into the trough of the teeth. You then pop the teeth into your mouth and it molds/forms itself to the shape of your own teeth. It's much the same as form-fitting a mouthpiece for sports like football.
