It's working very well for now and feels nice on the hand. Screen is very clear, does not heat up and functions really good. 100% user friendly. Battery life is OK. I like the product.

Computer is good, but the information about this laptop was misrepresented when I bought it. I was told it was a touchscreen. It is not. I can't return it do to Amazon's policy. Stuck with it for years until it breaks.

Comes with faulty initial configuration
Came with the System Reserved Partition set to 100MB so large Windows Updates can't be installed. A little research shows that the SRP should be >= 500MB. Now I need to buy a $50 tool and dink around with risky system settings to fix it.UPDATE: I updated my rating to 4 stars because the vendor read my review and offered to either let me return the laptop for a full refund or keep it and receive a $100 refund (plus tax!).Since I found a free solution using Copilot, I gladly accepted the refund and kept the laptop. It has been performing flawlessly ever since. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because I had to deal with this. I think that's fair.
