Klaire Labs Vital-Zymes Complete Digestive Enzymes - Helps Aid Digestion and Breakdown Proteins, Peptides, Carbs, Sugars, Fats & Fibers - 20 Active Enzymes (DPP-IV Activity) (120 Count)

I am super sensitive to gluten, dairy, and soy, and avoid it all as much as possible. Not celiac. But if I eat something that might not agree with me while traveling or at a party, taking a couple of these makes the fallout way less painful - keeps everything moving! I've bought several bottles over the past few years and it's been well worth the $.

Ya lo conocía porque llevo unos años tomándolo y ayuda en mi caso me ayuda para la dificultad en las digestiones

Conforme ... un peu cher

I gave this formula one month before writing this review, and was comparing it to two other formulas I had been taking for awhile...First I tried Doctor's Best digestive Enzymes and then did a month of Similase (both the formula for gluten/dairy issues and the regular formula). Klaire Vital-Zymes wins by a long shot. I'll explain why. First of all, my digestive problems are basically bloat, gas and random constipation....(excuse me for TMI). Often I would feel like I wasn't fully evacuating my bowels....Stools would be small and difficult to pass, or not at all. Even when I doubled the enzyme dose, I wasn't having much success.SO a month ago, after being at my son and daughter-in-law's house, forgetting to bring my own enzyme, I tried one of theirs...They were using this Klaire Vital-Zymes and I had never taken this before....I noticed the very next morning a huge difference....even with just one pill, I wasn't constipated. I sat down on the toilet andfelt like I fully evacuated my bowels.... Not having any more Klaire enzymes to try, I went back to my last formula which was Similase and started having the same digestive problems again just after 24 hours.... I quickly ordered my own bottle of Klaire and once again, my constipation issues resolved overnight. I started out taking just one enzyme pill before a meal. But now, because I feel very well adjusted to this formula, I'm taking two pills...one before a meal and one after the meal, when I also take other supplements. When my meals are super small, like a snackbar, I might just take one pill and that's all. For dinner, I always take two pills and next morning, no more constipation. I amreally impressed with this formula...It's truly the very best enzyme I've ever taken.

I have just started taking these a few days ago and I already have noticeable effects. I’ve had severe ibs for over ten years and then I went from ibs-d to ibs-c. The last 4-5 years have been especially bad with constipation. I’ve tried everything you can possibly try. Suddenly, in 2016, I developed the most severe pain. Long story short: The pain was so bad that I was constantly in the ER. Of course, no doctor would give me pain meds because no test showed anything. In 2018, I had now lost 40 lbs and was under 100 lbs and had to eventually get a feed tube. I was sent to pain clinic and finally given pain meds! And then that just added to the constipation but, I am glad for the relief. Before buying Klaire Labs, I had tried around 6-7 other enzyme brands and never felt any relief. Now with Klaire Labs Enzymes, I’ve actually been able to tell a difference already. I also had the feeling of wellness that I’ve not felt in a long time. Oh, btw... I meant to mention that when my pain started, I was diagnosed with Severe Pancreatic Insufficiency. Other than that, there are just a couple small cysts on my pancreas.I have to take only one per meal for now because when I took two, I got too much help and my very slow gut decided to work again or too fast and I had loose bowels. As messed up my digestion has been, if these enzymes have been able to produce positive signs in my gut already, it tells me this is a proper blend for me and I can’t wait to see how it goes from here. I’ll come back later for an update. :)
