It’s not bad but I thought it was a gel cleanser but it’s creamy. I don’t like texture

This cleanser is creamy and gentle and definitely doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin. It feels good on your face. I also emailed the company for a full ingredient list (and appreciated their responsiveness!), and when I put the ingredients in several online pore-clogging checkers, the ingredients came back non-comedogenic. I also like that it is fragrance-free and inexpensive. It's best used in the morning for a light cleanse or when skin is irritated. After wearing a foundation or sunscreen, you may need a bit thicker or gel-like cleanser, but this one is a safe bet for people who have rosacea.

I have been struggling with rosacea for about 10 years. Many trips to the Dermatologist and multiple topical prescriptions later I finally found a face wash that calms the redness. It doesn’t take it away completely but it certainly helps and with Rosacare Serum and Moisturizer, my complexion is less blotchy. My only complaint is that when I was my face I like it to be ”squeaky clean” but this leaves a moisturized feeling. It’s definitely worth trying! It seems to be gentle on sensitive skin, is a silky thick consistency- I have extremely hard water (which doesn’t help my skin issues) so this doesn’t lather. I’m not sure if it will with soft water, FYI.

I bought this facial cleanser because it was supposed to calm rosacea. It is a gentle cleanser, but it has not improved my rosacea to any significant degree.
