Prepaid Sim Card Kit (Verizon Network)

I needed a new Sim Card for my Galaxy A23 with Tracfone. It's the perfect replacement sim and good customer service from Tracfone. They activated it easily for me. Thank heavens that Verizon has kept Tracfone as a budget friendly company. I can't afford the ridiculous other phone companies.

Like the TracFone sim kit because I was able to buy a new phone that had recently came available with a locked TracFone a new phone won't be available to buy until the following year so buy using the sim kit I was able buy a new unlocked phone and acivate it and with a locked TracFone you only get 130 GB of data but the new phone I bought has 256 GB of storage so that's the benefit of buying a new unlocked phone And using the TracFone sim kit instead of waiting a Year to buy the same phone with a locked TracFone!

A reliable item. Don't you hate getting your phone ready to go and the darn card won't work? Not with these. Every one has worked. Good price and you don't have to go to the "W" store.

When I purchased the Tracfone it was to replace a cell phone that would not hold a charge. Received the Tracfone timely and it was in great condition. I did have trouble activating and was frustrated but I have now found that I was activating the phone with an incompatible SIMS card. The phone is now working and I am very pleased with the product. Sorry about the earlier review.

Support is barely none existent and it's poorly connected on its own web page . It's better long term to buy a phone plan or stick with web based app like WhatsApp or Telegram than put up with weak connections and no product support

I do not think I would have gotten my issue resolved by contacting the cutomer service department at Trac fone. That's exactly what I did, initially. And after hours and hours and hours on the phone (I kid you not), I was told the brand new phone I bought was not compatible with the trac fone network. This is after they sent me from one department to the next, not one day mind you but three days in a row-talking and trying to resolve this. My issue was simple-trac fone has new towers. So I had to get a new phone so it would be compatible. I checked it out to make sure it was compatible before I bought it. At first trac fone customer service assured me it was compatible. Then after I bought the sim card kit, I was told it was not compatible. I contacted the person who sent me the sim card kit-he includes his contact information in the kit. Thankfully. Because this was the beginning of getting these problems resolved. He connected me with someone at trac fone who began working on my case. and yes, there were still mistakes made after I began working with her. The sim card in the kit i received was somehow a straight talk sim card. It would not work. still for some unknown reason the person working with me tried to make it work. More time on the phone. Hours of time. Then they decided to send me a compatible sim card for my phone through fed ex. I received it the next day. This was a nightmare trying just to transfer minutes from one phone to the next. It seems like a simple issue and it is. But by the time things were resolved, i had invested well over 6 hours of my time, three to four days of constant interaction and questions and mistakes, etc. It finally got resolved. I don't know if 5 stars is really justified. But I am thankful that the person that sold me the sim card through amazon was available to email and to call. That's why this got resolved. He (his name is Paul) put me in touch with people that eventually helped me. Bottom line-if you are having trouble with trac one's customer service department, getting the run around, being given wrong information, etc., and you tried everything to et the issue resolved, call Paul, the owner of the sim card company (he includes his contact information when you buy the sim cards from him). Hopefully he will be able to help.
