Does anybody know how long it will hold after opening it? I guess in the fridge? I would use this seldomly for one or two people. Thanks

This yuzu is on the sour side. I guess cuz of the bottle. I poured into a container and keep in the freezer. When needed i just break off a piece.

what is the expiration date?

I searched the bottle and I'm unable to find an expiration date. I have been using the juice for over a month with no noticeable change in flavor. I keep the juice refrigerated after opening, of course.

is this in glass or plastic bottle?

It's definitely plastic. Purchased a few times in 2021 and 2022, always in plastic.
