I have Fibromyalgia and shopping through all the chair pads that look and sound the same is a minefield. I picked this one. It at first felt too firm, but I adjusted my it on my chair, and the way I was sitting. It's perfect. I also adjusted the height and angle of my PC. I no longer have low back pain. My toosh doesn't hurt, legs don't fall asleep. Great value, great quality. I love it. Highly recommend!

Das SAIREIDER Stuhlkissen für Büro erfüllt grundsätzlich seinen Zweck. Es sorgt für eine spürbare Entlastung bei Steißbeinschmerzen und man kann wirklich komfortabel sitzen. Der Memory Foam passt sich gut an, was das Sitzen auf hartem Stuhl deutlich angenehmer macht. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Durch die Dicke des Kissens sitzt man etwas höher als ohne, was zu Beginn gewöhnungsbedürftig sein kann. Allerdings passt es trotzdem gut auf meinen Bürostuhl und die Sitzhöhe ist für mich kein großes Problem. Was ich etwas schade finde, ist der Preis. Für die Qualität des Kissens könnte der Preis etwas niedriger sein, aber insgesamt ist es eine gute Investition, wenn man regelmäßig lange sitzt und nach einer Lösung für Steißbeinschmerzen sucht. Alles in allem ein solides Produkt, das seinen Zweck erfüllt und den Sitzkomfort deutlich erhöht!

I have a fully adjustable office chair that works great for me, but over the years the padding in the seat has gone flat. I have occasional sciatica issues, and require chair padding. I went through a number of Coccyx cushions. None worked for me (smaller, longer, wider, thicker, thinner, too soft, too hard, etc... sound like Goldilocks, haha ). I was about to give up and stumbled on this cushion and it works great for long day comfort, while providing coccyx support. It's wide and deep enough for my office chair. The only issue I had was that the bottom of the cushion has a grip material, but doesn't grip very well. The cushion would slide around and get into weird angles, which became uncomfortable. I had to use strips of meshed carpet grip tape to prevent the cushion from sliding around. Now it's perfect. The cushion is thick and does add some height, but my chair is adjustable, so not an issue. The cushion is firm, but soft enough to maintain comfortable support for hours, and fluffs back up when I'm not sitting on it. True memory foam. Most office chairs are 16-18" deep. Most cushions are 14-15" deep, which means you have your thighs hanging over the edge of the cushion AND the edge of the chair, which can be bad for people with sciatica issues. . If you place the cushion to the front edge of the chair, your back isn't against the back of the chair and results in slouching. Office chairs also have a bowl curvature, which requires a wider cushion to account for the curve of the chair. This was just the perfect width, depth, height, and density for the office chair. I also like that the cushion cover can be removed and washed. I haven't tried it, but I would think this could be comfortable in a car seat as well. However, I would definitely recommend the carpet tape to secure it to the seat. You don't want it sliding around while you're driving. I have been using the cushion for about a month, and hope to enjoy for several years.
