Product is fine ... Easy to take. The bottle was wrapped in such a way the print came off the label so I couldn't read the dosage though. Looked it up online.

Very good natural source of vitamin C but in my view over priced. Cheaper to buy them in powder form.

I don't think I would buy again,did nothing for me.

Indian gooseberry or Amla fruit as we call it in India is a storehouse of health wealth. My grandparents used to eat it in the morning on an empty stomach and all of them passed away in their late eighties in very good shape. None of my grandparents had any medical illnesses and not one of them wore eyeglasses. What I am trying to say is instead of taking a couple of supplements for various reasons I take one Amla organic capsule with one organic Neem capsule after lunch. I also take Amla juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning after brushing my teeth. The combination of Amla and Neem is perfect and potent. They complement each other in a very positive way. I could write a book on the benefits of Amla and Neem for the next few days but just let me say that this product is excellent, has been very beneficial for my digestive problems, reduces muscle/joint inflammation and boosts my immune support tremendously. I have never been admitted to a hospital ever for any sort of medical reasons.What else can I say to prove that this product works like magic when my own doctors had told me that I will have very less mobility and my joints/muscles/disc in the back will deteriorate rapidly. I am still here, still walking around, doing activities like normal people and yes I use a walking cane but I am moving ahead everyday with positivity. This product is not just a product for me on a personal level but a ray of sunshine and living life itself.

This has helped lower my cholesterol. I have been using this for almost 2 years now, and has kept my levels in the normal range with no statins.

I have not noticed any difference in my pain level. Its been at least almost 4 weeks. Easy to take no side effects. Still waking up around 2/3am.
