I love matcha latte and this is it! It’s a good blend and nice color for matcha latte. Just keep in mind that it tastes towards nutty side than seaweed/grass. Not bitter. I usually use 3g of powder per cup, so the price is on the high side for me. But definitely better than $7 at the cafe!

Obsessed! Actually a decent amount for the price AND it’s so good and RICH! It’s got a beautiful color! I use 4 grams of powder, add 10 grams of room temp water to create a paste and then 40 grams of 175° water and whisk until somewhat foamy and creamy. I add it to a jar just under 3/4 full of milk with 1oz of homemade lavender honey hibiscus syrup. It’s 1000000% worth it.
