This stuff is cat magic
all three cats actually like this stuff. I went from a tiny pinch to a more substantial serving over about a week's. no problems. my poor little Echo has always gotten belly aches before pooping. it's a real ordeal for her. she would come to me so that I could massage her belly just a little bit before she hissed and scratched me. these days it's very very rare that she needs a belly rub. As far as allergy goes, sure the bill in this house. Echo and Jack we're both losing patches of fur down toward their tails. Echo was also losing fur in patches around her body. both were scratching and licking like it was their full-time jobs. Missing Link helped them remember that they are cats and their full-time job is sleeping. I finished the first bag, it lasted forever, and didn't reorder for a few months. back to scratching all the time and poopy problems. Reordered, will make sure I never run out again.

Overall I think it's a good product. Already bought a second package
Overall I think it's a good product. Already bought a second package. Helps to keep feline immune system in a good condition and also gives your cats fur a very nice shine. Healthy coat - healthy cat :) Originally I bought it because I was looking for some supplements with high Taurine (a very important if not essential element for cat's well being.). I often feed my cats with mixed food such as chicken, sometimes raw chicken, fish, eggs, can food, dry food. When you cook meat it looses most of taurine. If you microwave cat food to heat it up a bit - it destroys all taurine (not using microwave anymore). So I though it would be a good idea to add some extra nutrients to their meals from time to time in order to keep their diet balanced and to make sure they get all needed elements. I got two rescue cats and one feral (currently taming him). Rescue cats have been through shelters and other stuff in their past and sometimes they are catching cold/chill when temperature drops. When I notice first signs of cold (sneezes, coughs, runny nose etc.. ) I start adding Missing Link and also some Enisyl-F (stuff to boost feline immune system) to their meals. It does make it a lot quicker and smoother for them to go through the sickness. I was also adding a lot of this supplement to food I was giving to the feral cat in order to help him get healthier and gain some weight - he was like a skeleton covered in fur. Cats don't mind having this supplement added to their food from time to time. Female cat is picky sometimes... But she's generally picky and suspicious about anything new/different in her food. Males are happy with anything in their bowl :D

Omega 3's - Essential fats really are ESSENTIAL!
I can not say enough good things about this product. 15 years ago, I had a geriatric cat who stayed out all night by accident and had been bitten on the leg. The vet irrigated the wound and gave antibiotics The wound healed and the fur grew back, but the fur was not strong and fell out every time the cat licked it. So the plastic collar went back on until the fur grew in again, and when it was removed, the fur was licked off again. This cycle was repeated many times over the course of months (poor cat) until I remembered that a health food store owner had recommended Missing Link for skin problems. Got some. Worked immediately. Years passed. Our house underwent a 2 years renovation project. Our 3 cats were exposed to all kinds of saw dust, plaster dust, and who knows what. Add to that the stress of moving litter boxes and favorite sleeping nooks, and their coats were dry and flaky. Missing Link restored their coats' luster. So when my brother reported recently that his cat was incessantly grooming and vomiting, and the vet told him it might be itchy skin, I recommended Missing Link. He ordered it, it came on a Monday, and on Thursday, he told me the cat was no longer over-grooming or vomiting. This reminded me that my three cats had been vomiting more than usual lately. Several months ago, I had switched from Missing Link to grinding flax seed and adding that to their food. I had been doing this to save money, and it seemed to make sense because flax is ML's main ingredient and flax is my own remedy for human skin problems. And, considering that one of my three was having dry fur again, I ordered a bag. Now, as a bonus, there is much less vomiting. So I will try harder to keep in mind that Missing Link may be the only answer to skin problems and a host of other problems and that it should be a regular part of their diets. I wish my vet had remembered what I had told her 15 years ago and recommended it to my brother and other pet owners, but apparently she forgot. By the way, I'm not sure why I started buying the "Ultimate" formula. From my brother's and my own previous experience, the regular formula works just fine.

I am TRULY IMPRESSED!!
Arrived quickly, as advertised. I purchased for my 1 year old cat with thin skin issues. His skin splits when he scratches it. Thought I'd try to just "pump up" his immune system a bit naturally, to see if it helps his skin "toughen up" any. I am using this in conjunction with flea treatments. He eats all of it up when mixed in with his dry food. He's only been on it a week and a half, but I seem to see a quicker healing trend. I have started using it on my older cat, too as her coat is not in as good of condition as it used to be. Will update in a couple of weeks. UPDATE: Ive had both of our cats on the Ultimate FELINE Formula for almost 2 months now. The little one with the skin splitting issues is no longer having the skin splitting. He does wear a jacket like a "second skin" that I made for him, but when he is scratched (by himself or our older cat), his skin seems to behave as a normal scratch - you can feel the scratch, but it heals up in a week or two. This is AMAZING as we were worried that we were going to have to euthanize him because of the multiple daily open sores he would get. Our older cat isn't as receptive to the powder, but she does get about an eighth of a teaspoon each day. She is more energetic and actually plays with the younger cat, running and jumping around the house! Previous to being on this supplement, all she wanted to do was sleep and she seemed to be having a more difficult time jumping onto beds, chairs, etc. A PLUS to all of this is the soft, shiny fur that both cats have now!

Perfect Suppliment for An All Meat Diet
I almost gave up on this product because my cat refused to eat anything with this powder on it. I stopped putting it on his food for several days, then started again with micro doses slowly working up to the recommended amount. This worked. Gregory was adopted from a rescue situation. He's 13yo and was in very poor health after being in an over crowed shelter for more than 2 years. Some of the cats in the shelter were known to have giardia. When I adopted him, Gregory was very skinny, appeared to be malnourished, had constant diarrhea and had excessively dry flaky skin that contributed to him over grooming to the point of bald spots. I consulted a vet who treated him for giardia/parasites a week after he came to live with me, but this had no effect on his diarrhea. With a mostly raw all meat diet and the Missing Link supplement, Gregory's coat improved immediately. After being on this supplement for a bit over a month, his diarrhea resolved, he's gained weight and his energy level improved. He has become more alert and active. I when considering a raw meat diet, I was hesitant about dealing with the necessary supplementation. Missing Link contains all the recommended supplements. It's easy to sprinkle this "power powder" onto Gregory's food - much easier than buying separate supplements and having to measure everything, then mixing it into each meal. I highly recommend this product because it's easy to use and I've seen miracle results with my own eyes.

Sadly
I had trouble feeding my cats (3) this supplement. I mixed it with both Friskies canned food (both pate and shredded) and signature selects seafood (shredded) which all three cats love. But no such luck. This is a supplement which has exceptional ingredients and is made with a great deal of care and love. I think it would be of value in feeding loved pet felines if it would be tolerated by the pet. Perhaps I just didn't find the right food to mix it with. After failing to use this supplement, I contacted "The missing link" folks who listened to my difficulties and after supplying the required information from the order, refunded the full purchase price. After reading many of the product reviews I feel that The missing link has a good quality product that would be important in treating and maintaining good health in cats.

Seems to keep my cat healthy!
Itโs tough to know whether something really works. I put this powder on my catโs food every day. When I went on vacation for several weeks, I just had my pet sitter skip the powder, just to make it easier for her. But when I returned home, my cat had a runny eye and early symptoms of upper respiratory infection. I added the product to the food again and the symptoms disappeared in less than a week. Thanks!

Highly recommend even for picky eaters!!
I have a Persian rescue cat. He had been severely abused and was extremely malnourished. After many doctors visits and a few sessions at the groomers especially getting shaved down twice because of the severe matting he is getting better. But his coat was still coarse and lack luster. Despite his malnourishment he was still a picky eater. Lol! Itโs been a year and then I found The Missing Link..I can not say enough great things about it!!! First of all our picky eater loves the taste!!! His coat is already looking shinier and is starting to feel silky!!! He seems more playful too. I highly recommend this product!!!

Cured my cats skin problems and improved her attitude
My cat was scratching so hard that she was missing fur. I took her to the vet to check for fleas or anything and they couldnโt find anything. They only said that she had extremely sensitive skin and could have allergies to fabric. After trying everything else I bought this supplement. My cat used to hide under my bed 20 hours of the day and was scared of everything. Now, she nuzzles, snuggles, loves pets, and is overall comfortable in her skin. Her fur has improved in fullness, texture, and shine, but it is still the attitude change I am most impressed with. Sheโs so much happier now.

BUY THIS FOR YOUR CAT
I adopted a moody overweight cat 3 months ago. I've had her on the original missing link for cats, for about 2 weeks. She is a DIFFERENT CAT! Her mood has improved - its shocking. She is more active and playful. Sure her coat looks better, but i also noticed other things like the whites of her eyes, the brightness, her ears have perks up. Is it just me or are her whiskers looking thicker and healthier? It's almost hard to believe. I ordered this product because of the Amazon reviews regarding elderly cats. I thought, can these amazing reviews actually be true? Yo! This is an amazing product. I take half a can of her favorite wet food and add an equal amount of hot water. Then I stir in 1/2 a tsp thoroughly. I call it "cat soup" and she gulps it up. I started with a 1/4 tsp and gradually added more. With the most picky cats, you could even start with an 1/8 tsp.

Good suppliment, cats like it
I bought this as an addition to my cats' nightly feeding. I mix it with homemade chicken bone broth and their regular dry food and all four very much like it. I use the amount directed on the bag, and it lasted me a month using once daily for 4 cats, which I believe is reasonable. They all seem pretty lively now. I also noticed the one that had been having issues with overgrooming seems to be growing fur back, though I'm unsure if this is what's doing it. Perhaps it's helped with the fur thickness over anything else. Another that has chronic leaking eyes has been doing better since starting this routine as well. Her eyes are not cured, but she's less teary and there isn't as much redness. I'll be continuing use as long as they're enjoying it!

My cat does not like it! But it definitely gave him more energy and spunk
All right so first I tried mixing up with wet food, that seem to work but I also tried to sprinkle it on his hard food, he did not like that and he would try to avoid eating it. I let him go whole day without giving him any more food, I wanted him to finish eating the food that was in the bowl, he refused to touch it with the missing link sprinkled on it. The only way I can get him to eat it as if I mix it with wet food, I definitely see a difference in my cats behavior! He was running around and chasing things all over the house, it was so cute. Usually he sleeps all day. But this stuff definitely boosted his energy! On the package it says it improve your cats attitude on day three, this is definitely true. I noticed that within a couple days of him eating it he was going crazy all over my house lol , I guess the vitamins are making him feel good and more energetic ! Which makes me a happy cat mom to see him that happy ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ

Visible results after 3 weeks.
I purchased missing link for my cats as I found that finding a good food that they liked was proving difficult and their skin and coat were suffering along with constipation and I am sure some other concerns. After 3 weeks I could see an immense improvement on their fur - the younger one was shiny again and the older one had no more dryness or constipation. My older cat even seems more active. They do not seem to have issue with it being added to their canned food. Pricey - yes but worth it as it does last a long time and I do not use it every day but 3-4x a week and still have seen results.
